This app is miserable-- continually logs out, forces me to reset the password, get hung up authenticating the password, no longer able to log in. When I do get it to work, it will send multiple notification on the same topic, can't ever get the app to allow me to upload or change my kids documents, I hate the app....overall miserable and user interface

Awful app. Useless. Can't get a complete schedule. It has a few games listed from August and one from September and that's where it ends. I click for a full schedule and nothing refreshes. Same outdated info. What's the point of the app if I have to keep searching online for the sports schedules? Not to mention all the trouble I had trying to get logged into the app because it wouldn't accept my account info. Luckily someone at Rankone assisted with resetting my account.

Wish I could give it a negative rating. What a hunk of junk. Super difficult to sign in. Tried to hit forget password, program doesn't recognize my email. Try to create account, says my email is already in use. Which is it? Finally get logged in and the link to access forms doesn't work. Ugh.

Great platform. Keeps parents well informed. You will sign your child's athletic docs. You might be instructed to upload required documentation on apps secured portal. Simple process has built in Map abilities too! Thanks fif keeping me organized with times dates, directions, wins and losses!

My experience is horrible with this app. It won't let you upload required forms that their site requires. There's no way to contact anybody and no support. Terrible app!

This app has been nothing but a headache. Can't even receive notifications on my phone and dont check my email often enough. I have had a ticket open for over 2 weeks and stopped getting responses from rankone.

Download and site navigation somewhat counterintuitive. No info about teams, tickets, or schools except for schedules and a spotty map. MaxPreps is better.

Rarely works; currently unable to retrieve any of our team schedules with the current update. When it is working th synched schedules won't update with team schedule changes.
