Kingdom Eighties on erillisenä pelinä toimiva laajennus palkittuun Kingdom-pelisarjaan. Se on yksinpelattava eeppinen seikkailu, joka sisältää mikro-strategisointia ja tukikohdan rakentelua. Inspiraationsa se on hakenut kahdeksankymmentäluvun neonvaloista.Pelaat Johtajaa, nuorta leiriohjaajaa, jonka on puolustettava kaupunkiaan ja perhettään mystisten Ahneiden heltymättömältä hyökkäykseltä. Mitä nämä hirviöt ovat ja miksi ne yrittävät varastaa Johtajan sukukalleuden, Luomisen kruunun?
Värvää naapuruston lapset avuksesi ja määrää heille tehtäviä sotilaina tai rakentajina. Käytä kolikkoja rakentaaksesi ja laajentaaksesi valtakuntaasi, ja linnoita sitä rakentamalla muureja ja puolustustykkejä. Ole sitten valmiina, kun yö tulee, sillä Ahneet hyökkäävät armotta. Kingdomin tuttu käsintehty visuaalinen ilme tekee paluun, nyt höystettynä suoraan 80-luvun estetiikasta ammentavalla neonsäväyksellä. Chillaa ja fiilistele Andreas Haldin laatiman alkuperäisen synthwave-soundtrackin tahtiin ja palaa ajassa pyöräretkien ja kesäleirien ihmeidentäyteisiin päiviin, kun kaikki vaikutti mahdolliselta.

If you're a kingdoms fan this is fun. However it is drastically shorter. I enjoyed all the rides you can collect (minus the skateboard I hate that thing). The cut scenes for the story are also a treat. The 16 bit feel is there. I hope they make some additional "lands" or more story. I also don't feel like this one has the replay potential that the other two Kings games have. That's why I docked a star. Request : Greed game mode. Give us a chance to be the greed. Ty devs

When I saw one of my favorite games slipped a new eighties version out I had to buy it. I originally got it for ps5 and couldn't put it down till I beat it. I'm such a sucker for the eighties, and this one hit home. The artwork is so beautiful and the developers took time to design new and unique details for every level. I just had to buy it again for on the go. I really hope to see more and more kingdom alternatives. And multiplayer to shut most of the others up about it ❤️ either way beautiful

It's alright. The graphics are fantuckingtastic, and while the core game is enjoyable, you quickly learn the second stage plays exactly the same, and the third, and the fourth. And then the game is over within like 4 hours. It was very fun, even addictive, in the beginning, and in level 4 I was kind of bored. The only thing that kept me going is finding all the Easter egg vehicles.

Very irritated. Bought the game and it had "rendering issues". Contacted support and was back and forth with them a few times and i guess the issue is never going to be resolved. Never heard anything further. Just downloaded again and same blurry mess as before and i bought it shortly after the release so its been a minute. Love their other games so i am very disappointed.

Works great on my phone. Not my tablet but maybe it's too old. Kingdom Norsemen or whatevs works fine on the tab so thought this would too. BUT still been enjoying on my phone. Enjoying the spot on 80's style story and the new spins on the game. Haven't finished it yet but love all the Kingdom games and I'm sure this will be no exception. So far, fabtastic!

I loved the predecessors, Unfortunately this is a case of spectacle over substance. The graphics are vibrant 80's style and the game world somehow is interesting. Not much to say about the rest, maybe it didn't get the same proper attention.The possibilities for building are significantly less than in previous parts and there is not really the survival feeling. really short and lacks the content, replay ability, Overall this is a lazy addition to the series that takes away far more than it adds.

Great successor to the previous games, in many ways more polished and complete. I now vastly prefer this little gem despite the fact that it has fewer upgrades and abilities. However because of the equipment you do get, it feels easier than other kingdom games. I play those on normal, here I need the highest difficulty to feel any challenge at all once I get all crew members. The ability to control your knight outriders and continuously pull back just out of reach is insanely strong.

Hiring kids to build reliable defenses and wield bows and arrows feels like a weak cop out. While I was really enjoying the episodic content, there's only 4 short maps. With low replay-ability, a theme that translates poorly, and 4 easy levels, consider skipping this if you're on the fence. The endless waves mode is yet another cop out to replace the lacking content.
