This version continually crashes for me. The newer layout is quite clumsy, making headlines very difficult to read. As well, it insists on "loading" randomly after reading an article. Bad job, guys. I have been very satisfied with this app until recently. Edit: with every update it gets worse and worse. Now it has ads after every paragraph of an article, refuses to list news articles by time updated, and feels like utter horse[censored]. An upgrade is supposed to be a step UP, people!

This app will probably be removed from my phone today. I have been using the 19 News app since its inception. I liked it before. This change was unnecessary and poorly thought out. Get rid of its developers, you got robbed. I will find another local news app to read daily. Tried again. Still terrible. National news no longer available using the menu.The videos start automatically and must be shut off if you prefer to read. Pages go white. Return to stories sends you to top of page.Terrible

Generally I don't really care that this app has so many ads, until last night's (Oct 21 2021) extreme weather event when I was trying to open the live feed and was stuck with a 30 second unskippable ad. It would have been really nice to know if a tornado was barreling down on my location, instead of hearing about Serpentini's latest deals.

The app was good before the video's started to play without being clicked on. And when you are in a place where you can not make any noise. And it starts playing with the volume up. It is a bad thing. December 2021 update it's happening again. February 11 2022 it blasted a commercial as soon as it opened. I received some people's dirty looks for making noise

Last version was better look, new version doesn't update news yet often enough. From 2018 on things improved, more sharing, but not all articles. NEVER any comments allowed. Bumped up another star. Since 6/2020 update, all articles failing. Un- and re- installed, no difference. Seems articles go most then app stops. Only app on phone doing it. May 2021: app works but articles fail to load or share. Previous version did not have any issue once fixed. No need 4 new version. Down to 2 *'s. Was 4.

Why can't app makers just leave things that work alone! Don't fix it if it is not broken. Click on a story and get a blank screen now. Takes for ever to load. Boxy style not for me. I will give it a little while but will probably uninstall if things don't change soon.

There's something wrong with it I updated it and my icon disappeared. I need this news station or some Cleveland news station and if this app won't work I'll get a new station. I wondered what was wrong because the new stories weren't coming up so I updated it and opened it but it still won't work

Well app deleted!! Just terrible. Your about to read it jumps tho beginning then to make matters worst, there's a pop up making this little sound that's says you been chosen to win 750. On gift card click ok.... blah blah blah. Use to like it before. Not now! Sorry I'm deleting🤨😕. Maybe, if fix I'll installed.
