The App itself is great. I like the idea of having all my stats and even some achievements. But I have an Idea for improvement: 1.As I'm living in a country where onewheels are rare and group rides almost never take place, I'd love to see an option to chat with other floaters on the map. Like just tap on it and be able to start a chat. Maybe the community could grow together a bit more. And you could add a subtile sound or vibration for when the motor hits it's maximum capacity.

I've had my board for about 6 years. Do not enjoy a forest tutorial on how to use it or the new things that come with it. You guys talk so slow and it takes so long. It's literally a 5 to 10 minute introduction when I'm trying to use my board to go home from work. Your watch app is also pretty bad. It needs my phone even though it has cellular activity. It also doesn't display information all the time like you would like it to. I really think you guys should redesign your ap Cool info and stats

I'm trying to pair with a new phone. The screen freezes on the tutorial that I've watched way too many times. I've owned the board for a while. I can't get around the tutorial. I just wanted to be able to check the power on the board without having to carry 2 phones. But it looks like im unistalling this app. I'll just guess when im about to run out

I hate being forced to watch videos. Still a horrible app. Also outside the idea of the board itself, the main company is pretty atrocious and horrible. edit: had to reinstall the app on new device. Make you watch even more videos before riding that you can't skip. Stillll dog water company and policies. dude looks full of himself

No profile memory so you have to go through training videos every time you install the app. Not a short period of time either. Liability covered you idiots. Thanks for the custom shaping. Oh I didn't need to know how to use it or anything or how the settings compare to the default profiles. I'll just keep changing things until it feels good. For an amazing board of which I've owned 4, I would say the companion app is garbage in comparison. Do better.

It's super annoying they make you watch a bunch of instructional videos before having access to the app. Im an experienced rider that redownloaded the app on a new phone, I should be able to sign in and skip the tutorials!

I've been using the app since buying my first OneWheel (a OneWheel+) and I'm now riding a GT. It has been improving over time and I like the added configuration options we have now for ride shaping. My biggest complaint is taking away the individual cell voltages on the newer boards. It's important to monitor battery health and they give us no way to do it now. This would be a really great feature to bring back so I know if there is a safety issue with my battery.
