When biometric login is selected the app logs you out daily. To login you still have to type in your organisation then use biometrics. More of a hindrance than a help. Just stay logged in, or save company details as well as username and passcode for biometrics.

Awful. Work uses it and shifts and weeks don't update. Location service is dire and won't clock in sort ng in my building. Works 50% of the time

Very poor. I have started to do some voluntary work for an organisation who asked me to download this app. Only some aspects are available from the app version. Others, such as inputting my availability, can only be done in the WEB version meaning I am having to toggle between two versions of rota ready. The app does not give me notification of any new event - a new shift, requests to swap, acceptances - so rotas need to be manually searched to find out when I am next working.

Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL experience. It doesnt load at all! We have sent numerous emails and contacted support and a whole month later, the app does Not load at all for any of our staff. I am utterly appauled by this service that is supposedly designed for professional and business use. Avoid this for your business at whatever cost. It is Unacceptable service.

Goes through all the motions. click on my organisation. But apparently doesn't find it. not been able to look at my Rota since your update. Edit - Company problem. Managed to sort it. changed my rating as the app is really simple to use.

It's good,but sometime it doesn't work properly. One thing I want to say about this application is that it has good clock-in and clock-out functionality with GPS, but it doesn't has any functions of holiday that howmany you have. I think developer should update it so employees can see their holidays.

Dear Business, PLEASE dont use this app. Its AWFUL. We Cant even get past the login screen. This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL app I've used in Any business. You're better off printing your rota and sharing it through whatsapp. They DONT work. They Dont update what needs fixing. Its been MONTHS. It STILL wont so mich as LOGIN without me having to use Chrome Browser instead. Utter Trash.

Really surprises me when companies have apps like this that they know people will use daily, but don't do much innovation, while I reported the top bar was squashed on Pixel 3 XL in 07/2019, no fix has been done, the app itself doesn't feel natural to Android, no Dark Mode, no making use of the systems features, just poor work, clearly don't have much of an in-house Dev team, shame, because this could me an amazing app.
