SELO Application Mobile Availability (Sambhav) on mobiilisovellus CRPF-työntekijöille,
Veteraanit ja heidän NOK:nsa.

Sambhav IT Wingistä, CRPF

Sambhav on suunniteltu, kehitetty ja isännöity käyttöliittymäksi CRPF ERP:n (SELO) ja käyttäjien mobiililaitteiden välillä. Tämän sovelluksen kautta CRPF pysyy digitaalisesti yhteydessä työntekijöihin, veteraaneihin ja NOK:iin. Käyttäjät Sambhavin avulla voivat suorittaa seuraavia toimintoja asianmukaisen rekisteröinnin ja vahvistuksen jälkeen:

1. PIS: Käyttäjä voi tarkastella PIS-tietojaan SELO-tietokannan mukaisesti.
2. Maksa: Käyttäjä voi tarkastella maksuaan ja ladata sen.
3. E Magazine / video: Käyttäjällä on pääsy kaikkeen CRPF:n lataamaan sisältöön
4. Yleinen ilmoitus: Käyttäjä saa Push-ilmoituksen CRPF:ltä kaikista päivityksistä ja tiedoista.
5. Henkilökohtainen ilmoitus: Käyttäjä voi vastaanottaa järjestelmän luoman henkilökohtaisen ilmoituksen laskuista, tilauksista, maksusta, GPF:stä, APAR:sta, IPR:stä jne.
6. Pyyntö: Käyttäjä voi päivittää perustiedot PIS:ssä (kuten valokuva, puhelinnumero sähköpostitunnus jne.)
7. Yhteystiedot: Käyttäjä voi tarkastella yksikkönsä valvomonsa yhteystietoja
8. Online-siirto (Santos) (vaikeuspisteet, kelvolliset yksiköt, kelpaamattomat yksiköt, tietuevalinta, tarkastele/tarkista valinta, edustus, yksittäinen pyyntö)

Hi team, I observed an issue. My father retired in 2008 with the rank of SIGD, but unfortunately, after I updated the SAMBHAV application in June 2024, his rank was downgraded to HC GD, which is incorrect. This is a serious issue that needs to be checked and fixed. I have already raised this on X.

One of the most excellent and advanced applications in comparison to any other force or police. I would like to request the option for self-ticketing booking in CRPF IRCTC.

Almost a week ago the app started denying my password and pin both, even when both were correct. I tried for a couple of days to login then after continuous failure I reinstalled the app, hoping that it will start working. Since then, it just loading n loading n loading, it's not even opening the login page. It's really sad to see the official app of such a great organization crashing like this. There are two many bugs in the app, kindly make it work for employees.

Sir I update the latest version. But the aap still not opened. Many times I uninstall and installed the app but it continuously moving and not opened. Sir you can realise the problem what I face if you uninstall the app and install again from play store. Aap is not opening. Its just going to loading , loading n loading. Even after installing and uninstalling several times, aap is not getting installed, it is just roaming. Request solve this issue. Thanks with Regards.

The best thing is that all required information related to personal and professional well being is conveniently available on your fingertips and one doesn't require to remain dependent upon the headquarters for every tiny thing. This application isn't working in my mobile since last two days, I installed again and again but it's showing that "error occurred while communicating with server, internet connection is slow" but am in good network area with the speed of 400 to 500kbps of 5G Network, Please help me to open this app in my mobile.... Regards
