SAP Authenticator mobiili sovellus Android, voit suojata herkkiä järjestelmien ulkopuolella säännöllisesti kirjautumismekanismin. The barcode scanner always says it was installed from an unknown source, but I installed from Google Play through the link in the Auth app. Update: thanks for the response SAP. I found out it was due to the app having been coded for older Android versions. I had to install on my old phone to get it working. It would be nice if it worked on the latest Android though.

I change to new phone so I installed this apps to new phone. After I click scan QR button, it link to download bar code scanner apps but the apps not workable because it pop up messages "only support old android"☹️. I manually key in the secret key to log in, in order to get the passcode unfortunately the passcode always not able to use. System keep on pop up passcode error. Finally I force to use back my old phone which is broken and not safe to use😭

During setup until the step to add account, it required to install barcode scanner app, after install the app it recommended and other scanner app from google play store, but still keep appearing "Barcode Scanner" application has invalid signature. Please reinstall it from a verified store. Kindly advise

Couldnt login into Developers portal because of the newly ineffective app released by SAP. Doesn't have an inbuilt scanning option,. requires you to install another app called "barcode scanner" app which doesn't work on my S21 ultra. The error I get eventually on SAP authenticator app is "scanner doesn't have a valid signature". Why is SAP even releasing such apps without testing ?

Not recommended, you are trouble when you use it! I did dowloaded it and used it for my FB 2FA. I replaced a new phone and all the security are registered are gone! I lost my FB access and they couldn't help it. Take your own risk.

Brilliant authenticator - does exactly what it is supposed to, has always served me very well to authenticate securely against a plethora of web applications. Outstanding app - thank you, SAP. Only suggestion is indeed (as others have suggested as well) to add an integrated QR scanner, since I don't trust external components.

First day works normally, after that, all OTP sent to apps are rejected with info: "!Invalid Time-based verification code entered. Try again!" I can not go further for process. How can I get the support?
