They will charge you regular price items for the size of what you get just to keep getting a "reoccurring" charge from you. When asking them for a refund of the regular priced perfume, because you don't want it or the subscription they will decline. They won't issue a refund. Poor customer service experience. I don't recommend them at all! I really wanted my experience to be different.

I love the service and the app. I've always wanted to try out different Cologne, but just couldn't see spending $60+ for something I really don't like, and the store sections that have sample bottles to smell Cologne/ perfumes is always way to strong and set off my allergies. The app is well designed, very intuitive and user friendly. Honestly, I had planned on canceling after my free trial, but I've liked the experience so much that I'm definitely keeping it.

Save yourself a headache Don't try this subscription. It is incredibly difficult to cancel, you have to contact their customer service through email to cancel. Their chat feature is worthless it will not tell you how to cancel your service. They also sent me one of my fragrances that was not at the top of my queue. Did not give me an option to change or say that the fragrance I initially wanted was unavailable. Overall horrible.

I absolutely love SB! It's only my 3rd month, & I'm hooked! I've tried others before, they were impossible to order from, customer service was non-existent, etc. SB is the opposite! So easy to use, everyone is always on point, & so sweet! HOWEVER, I can't open the app! I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling, downloading from the app store & then from chrome, nothing works! SB pops up, then it's just a white screen. Thought I'd lyk! Aside from that, keep being awesome! Thanks for existing!! 😘

The app operates well enough. Customer Service has ALWAYS been excellent and resolved any questions or issues in a very positive and fast manner. The shipping is terrible. I'm not saying that I don't appreciate the free shipping, but it seems like they've found the absolute slowest carriers. I've had other free shipping experiences coming from the same origin area (NY) and received my package within a week, but with Scentbird I can always count on having to wait 2-3 weeks for my stuff to arrive.

Since the modification to "enhance" the puzzle, the app is virtually useless. I have completed 9 puzzles so far while watching your "add to queue" button spin. 9... Not including the others that I did whilst trying to read the item description. 44 puzzles just trying to add the "aquatic" note filter. Absolutely floored with the new cases and the fact that I just had to throw all of my old cases, case stand, and vial holder in the bin.

I think this app might be a first of it's kind, great idea. Your able to choose either a samples portion of the item of your choice wether it be a unique fragrance colonel or perfume or something for your skin. Almost forgot if you don't want the sample you can get the whole bottle. I'm sticking with the samples, don't even want to see how much the entire bottles are!

This is a fairly good app. I had some slight difficulty trying to figure out how to change my options of how many scents I wanted to receive and how often I wanted to receive them. What they found the area is the app that I should have been able to do that, it was still very difficult to do it. It kept putting me back to my original choices. So I ended up canceling my subscription and deleting the app. This was completely due to my frustration and trying to control my orders.
