Edit: 3/14/25: I was finally able to add my visual ID today! Original: I upgraded my phone, and now I am unable to add my membership to the app. I tried entering my details manually and by using the camera feature. Neither method worked.

Free parking for starters. All of the members are very helpful and friendly along with the facility having plenty of areas to rest and use the bathroom. The app uses your phone's navigation to show a live display of where you are in relation to the attractions and shops that will guide you via the best route. I was very impressed at how they have all of the animal displays setup allowing the viewers to watch the animals while still giving the animals a place to rest and get privacy.

App seemed a bit too bloated making it a little hard to use effectively. The paper map at the entrance was much easier to use.

From what I've heard the APP is useful, but as a person who has a visual impairment, it would be nice if there were a dark contrast version to reduce glare, and larger fonts. This is too bright for me, the glare makes it undecipherable, and the fonts are tiny. Even if it did have a visually impaired setting it is doubful if I could even find it with the microscopic fonts and challlenging contrast scheme. Just a thought for the devs. Dark Backgrounds and a larger font would be wonderful.

This app was super helpful in helping us navigate the park. it would be amazing if it helped create the most efficient path to see everything in the Plan tab of the app.

Up-to-date information on what is open and what's not. Glad to see that tickets are available for viewing! And glad to see that the paper maps are still an option too (since what kid doesn't want to pretend to be out on Safari 🤣)

I love the option to have our memberships and tickets on my phone. The map is really difficult to use from my phone because it doesn't include any of the markers which their print maps have, and their system to help guide you to a selected exhibit is a bit difficult as it's essentially just a blue line you have to try and orient yourself to follow. I also wish it was possible to plan your route based on the animals you wanted to see rather than just making a list in the Plan Your Visit section.
