Signal Supervisor on HiBoostin uusi sovellus, jonka avulla voit seurata HiBoost/SuperBars/Zorida -matkapuhelimesi signaalivahvistimia. Signal Supervisor -sovellusta käytetään yhdessä matkapuhelimen signaalinvahvistimien kanssa ja se tarjoaa kuluttajille ja asentajille helpon ja kätevän tavan hallita tehostinjärjestelmääsi niin, että palkit pysyvät tehostettuina. Can't do anything with this app unless creating an account. This is stupid given, 1, the device is local and able to connect over BT, and 2, the reason for the device is that there is no connection stable enough to connect to the network during setup, which is the whole reason for the booster in the first place! I ended up using the booster display instead. Worked alright but the info on that screen is horribly documented, so there's been a fair bit of trial and error with the season changes.

Attempted to log in to the app. "Network error" or "timed out" is all I get. Of course there's no response or answer in the 24/7 HiBoost customer service. Welcome to 2024.

UPDATE: Developer response is 3 months too late. Returned unit and bought different brand, which works great. - I was excited to receive my hiboost, as it has good reviews on various websites. However, it will not connect via Bluetooth to my phone, so I cannot complete the setup. Tried contacting support, but cannot get them to understand that Bluetooth will not connect. Support wanted me to drive into a higher signal area and try again, but that has nothing to do with Bluetooth.

BIG FAIL! The first day I was able to initially connect via Bluetooth then wifi. Everything worked perfectly. The next day it wouldn't connect at all. Kept saying "request timed out". After trying continuously I was able to get it to connect via Bluetooth but not wifi. I paid close to $600 for this thing. Not a good first impression.

Everything that could've gone wrong went wrong with this. Using a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra on Verizon network and this extender did not work at all. Cannot connect to both Bluetooth or wifi in the app to get everything up and running. Tried multiple times and nothing worked. Was very excited to see this thing in action but it has been an extremely unpleasant letdown. Will be returning as it is rendered useless. Purchased a hiboost 4k plus.

What was once a great experience now seems to have repeated problems. App crashes with notification that the app has a bug and that I need to install an update, yet there's no update beyond what I have installed. No longer connects via bluetooth and I can't seem to find instructions nor am I able to stumble upon a section of the app that would allow for reconnecting it. Hardware at times seems to only work if app is open on my phone and running in the background.

The app needs a manual. It isn't intuitive, and is misleading when used with the hiboost travel 4g 2.0 cell booster. It works well with wifi, but in a car, Bluetooth is the only link available. Some features are disabled using BT, other features are slow or freeze. I've posted numerous questions on the hiboost page on facebook and the answers were useful. I hope they write instructions.

Finally, we successfully installed it! Signal reception gets better, we’re enjoying more constant connection now, no more dropped calls and save more time when downloading a big file. But indeed, it needs some time and patience to install. But the customer service is helpful and help me settle all out. We’re happy with the result, a little expensive though. But it worths.
