id give it 0 stars if the option was there. me and multiple others in our company have nothing but trouble with this app. it kicks me out every few weeks then gives me authentication errors. useless app when all the credentials are correct . username' password' ect it shouldnt kick people out. worst experience ive ever had from an app.

The app can greatly improve adding a few things: - a push notification reminding me to clock out (like after 8.5 hours) - in the homepage, Clocking sections, replace the arrows with "in" and "out". Really, now it's confusing - we need the possibility of adding comments through the app, and not only via site. Thank you and keep up the good work!

when i open it to use it and then go out of the app into another one, it will redirect me back to this app. It's happened so many times. It would also be a handy option to know what managers are working on that day as i have contacted managers in the past that weren't working. I am still using the printed roster for this reason. I like the new clocking feature that let's you filter between ins and outs. It would also be amazing to be able see your weekly accumulated hours.

Doesn't work most of the time, and when needed to check hours before the account closes. The app just freezes. Try to get access after 4 to 5 days later if lucky. By then it's too late when it's work okaaay most of the time it's Doesn't work at all. Try again later that the response you get, spinning round and round.

Worked great on my old phone. Bought a new TCL 20R and it doesn't work at all. Just stays stuck on the opening screen. A useless app unless it works for all employees. Obviously needs updating to be compatible with newer devices.

App stopped working on my phone when straight after latest update. Have had various issues with it since it was installed last year - now it just does'nt work! Back to keeping paper records again... employer wont be too happy...

installed app on phone march last year and if seemed to work now its logo comes up and thats it cant go any further app wont open stopped working tried all the trouble shooting recommended by soft works but nothing, contacted your help line to be reverted back to our employers admin heading this installment, with no answer to my problem the app is of absolute no use to me, and defeats the purpose of it being mobile and able to access off duty from your mobile phone

Stopped working, when I press the app a message appears saying self service keeps closing, and then closes the app down. Unable to clock in. This make everything so much easier. NOT
