This app has some top quality content and shows, but there is a serious problem that needs to be solved. I have subscribed for Liv premium that costs me ₹999per year, but then too I have to watch ads. It does not make any sense. If i have the premium version, it should be ads free. And even if the ads are being shown, one ad per episode ( for shows) is enough. You people show 3ads consecutively and that too 3 to 4 times which is 9 ads per episode. That is something thats not acceptable.

This app used to be good but it's just frustrating, annoying as hell watching 2-3 annoying ads every 10 mins despite being a premium subscriber. What's the point of premium? This is an absolute joke and exploitation of the customer. When I try to watch a replay or highlight of any football game, I can't even manually skip parts due to ads popping up. You really need to change the ad policy, couldn't care less if it's the same for all. You're losing ratings and users. Give it some thought. 👎

The number of ads they run between content is outrageous. There's even a glitch in the app where, after an ad plays, it returns you to the home screen, making you restart the content and watch the ads again. If this glitch isn’t intentional, why does the glitch only happen after the ad ends and not in the middle of the ad. It's clear that you want us to watch the whole ad again. Ads will popup everytime you seek through. Not one but 4. Sony replies saying it was always like this. But it wasn't

I'm extremely disappointed with SonyLIV's recent performance. The excessive amount of ads interrupting the streaming experience is frustrating. It's as if the app prioritizes ad revenue over user satisfaction. I expect a seamless and enjoyable viewing experience, not a constant barrage of commercials. Please fix this issue and improve the overall user experience.

Super long ads even when playing sports highlights or match replay. Another long ad will appear if I seek a bit on a football match replay. It makes it impossible to watch. That's terrible even after paying subscription. Yes, it does say no ads except sports. That's there on other platforms like hotstar as well. They do show ads during live matches, but not when watching replays. The pop up ads makes it impossible to watch any replay on sony liv. Never subscribing again.

This is the worst app I've ever used. This app is full of ads and nothing else. Everytime i watch highlights of a match, at first 3 ads come without any skip of more than 25 secs then after 3 to 4 minutes 3 ads come and this continues in the whole video. There are more ads than the highlights. Every time I open the app, subscribtion pakage pops up. It irritates me a lot.

Watching sports is the worst in this app. Even if you pay extra for sports, wwe, etc. Basically, if you want to watch a 5 minute match in a 3 hour long sport event, its impossible. There are no time stamps, and if you decide to seek the progress bar to find that 5 minute match, it shows you 5 ads every time you use the seek bar. So you'll end up watching 10-15 minutes of ads while searching for and finding a 5-minute match. Seeing so many 1 stars. Hope they listen. And SCREW YOUR POLICY!!!!!!

I am fed up of complaining and found there's no use. Even though I have subscribed for a premium, I see the adds for all non live, replay and highlight shows as well. And when complained there's of no use as we don't get and solution based reply from them. So after this it's better not to renew it again as I find no use of subscription. You buy premium or not you get "Adds always in NON-LIVE Shows also"
