App is just another example of the commie Chinese ripping off the world. App does NOT work with Alexa, while you can "kinda" set up your own lighting effects in DIY mode, there is no way to save them for future use. The App is always trying to connect / reconnect to the lights, The app basically turns your phone into a remote control to turn lights on and off.... when it feels like working. JUNK! JUNK! JUNK!!! MY SUGGESTION...Spend a little more and get a better supported product.

I'm writing this review hopefull so that the Devs will take this feedback. This app is almost perfect for my use case, but it falls short in some ways that I think are relatively easy to fix. I wish they would add an option to set the state that the light will appear in when using timers, this would make them way more useful. I'm using the SP600E controller. Thank you!

After reading WAY too many negative reviews, I have to say, ignor most of them as a LOT sound like a user error. This peoduct AND app is pretty amazing 👏🏼 4 stars cuz it has trouble connecting to Google home, but great customization! Side note, the default mic is on the product guys, that's not an app issue. AND no internet, no app remote worky... USE THE HARD REMOTE! Thank you for coming to me TED talk. 😁

The lights are great. We had a problem with one strand in the company was more than fair to make it right. Only thing is I'm trying to pair two sets together I'm sure it's a learning curve for me

Worked for about a year, but the light strips randomly couldn't connect to the app. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting the devices, then reinstalled the app. That didn't work, and now the app can't even connect to the network, even though my phone is connected.

Worked very well with SP611 controller. Consistent and reliable bluetooth connect. Nice fixed colours with white mix that you can save in the app as favourites. Many variable patterns very pretty in the dark ! I have 256 pixel WS2812 led panels not strips. Didn't quite get the fab led fire, but generally very good

App only useful for some controllers. I have an SP630E and it was working well, so I bought a dual channel SP601E. On that device the app has a "scenes" page, but not the effects page that lets you adjust the factory scenes to what you want.

I bought the outdoors permanent lights thinking it would do holiday functions and they don't. The app is bland and doesn't even function right. They say it hooks up to Google and that's an absolute lie.
