It would be great but.... It has zero compatibility for Google Fit, Samsung Health, Eufy or Health Connect which are some of the worlds largest health apps. When trying to sync to Google Fit within the Tag Heuer app, it states 'This app is blocked'. This seriously limits functionality and is a must avoid for anyone transitioning or currently using Samsung products. Which is annoying and a huge shame. Tag customer service responded by saying the Google problem would be fixed a week ago..........

App is trying to connect to watch through Bluetooth and it stays at 25% for 20 minutes. Really disappointed with the app. So without the app the watch is useful. $2,200 spent for a cheap product. If it keeps doing this I will return it. Tag Heuer connected hybrid calibre e4 42mm gold edition.

Hello, this is my second time owning a Tag Heuer Connected. My issue now is that the new IOS update is draining my battery very badly. The battery only lasts 6 to 7 hours now, and sometimes it is less time. I always try to disconnect and remove extra apps or functions that can drain my battery faster, but after all the adjustments, I still have the same issue. I want to keep my watch, but I don't know what else to do. I just don't want to pay a full price again to fix the watch.

Needs updating! I think it desperately needs an option to make the notification vibrations longer.. seen as tag has removed the speaker in the e4 watch which I was disappointed with. If I'm busy walking, working ect I can never feel the vibration from a notification! Pleased consider this app team, thank you 😊

Hi. I have a Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 Classic. I downloaded the Tag Heuer Connected app but when trying to connect I get "setup failed. you encountered an error. Please retry". I have disabled bluetooth and re-enabled multiple times on watch and phone. I have restarted both watch and phone. My watch has Wear OS 4. Is this app capable of working with my watch and watch software?

The app is quite impressive. However, it should be maintained for a prolonged period of time, and its aesthetic should be consistent with a genuine watch. I am a substantial admirer of this product.

Was having a problem with live seconds not showing properly in fitness, Stopwatch and Timer app but I restarted and all good. Excellent smartwatch. The best so far. Thanks

I paid over $2,000 for my Tag Connected Smartwatch, only to find out that the new update to their app makes it MANDATORY that you allow them to collect all your personal data as part of their agreement of terms. If you don't agree to that, you can't use the app AT ALL!!! That means that you can't even simply change watch faces without first giving them access to all your personal data. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
