I ordered a taxi once then the app crashed, when I restarted the app it didn't show the taxi I ordered so it made me think that the the app automatically cancelled it. After that I booked another one not knowing that the both of the taxi's are arriving. When I started my journey in the second taxi, the first taxi called me and was shouting on the phone. I didn't know what to do because I wasn't able to cancel that one. So a HORRIBLE experience. Some drivers I encountered were rude but some nice

Hi, The new version of the app on Android having bugs. 1. Destination address search is showing irrelevant results in white font causing difficulty in viewing the same. 2. When we select the destination, it is showing as 'Please select the destination'. 3. My friend installed it for first time, it's taking too long to take the current location. Hope the Tasleem will look in to it & fix the issues at the earliest. Thank you.

Prebooked a trip for 11/11/2024 morning & received a WhatsApp message that the driver accepted. Waited & no one came. Called the driver, but he seemed unaware of the trip!!! Made another request with another driver & waited for 10 mins, but the driver was shown going on a totally different location from the one set on the map & then he cancelled my request!!! Finally, I had to order from a different app! Total wate of time

I'll give 5 stars for very reasonable price and friendly drivers. But, some of the drivers should learn to understand or identify which is the pick up point and destination point. Had few experiences where the driver reached the destination first rather than the pick-up point.

The app doesn't display the trip price in real-time. I'm having trouble saving my home address and favorite destinations in the app. To find an address, you need to type it in manually, as the app cannot locate it on the map

As of now i will give you 4 star, All the drivers are very friendly and kind its highly recommended the fare is reasonable., But the only problem is the location If you could update and make it more accurate will appreciate it.
