Together with the wearable Tempdrop "bracelet" thermometer, the Tempdrop app provides a simple and easy way to monitor basal body temperature for anyone interested in tracking their cycle either for fertility or contraceptive purposes. // As I have endometriosis on my bladder and need to get up to go to the loo several times per night, the "traditional" method of using a thermometer in the morning when I wake up wouldn't work for me, as I've very rarely been asleep for at least the necessary 4 hours in a row when I wake up. // The app is very easy to learn and it can be connected to various charting apps. At first it might not seem logical that the temperature for the day is not displayed in the list with the other temperatures, but separately on top, but I got used to it quite quickly. I've only had two technical issues over several months of usage. Once it didn't record the temperature even though I had worn it as indicated in the instructions, and another time I wasn't able to download the info from it for 3 days (which is the maximum), but at the end of this period wasn't able to download the two previous days' temperatures. Otherwise it's worked without any problems when I use it every night and download the info every morning. // Massive thanks to the developers for providing this option to track our temperatures for us who don't sleep through the night.
