I've been really impressed with the facilities at Fit Hub. The equipment is modern and well maintained, providing a great environment for workout. Today is my first join class with a very knowledgeable instructor 😃 Overall it's a fantastic place to achieve fitness goals 🥳🥳🥳

Using Home Workout Videos is a real pain, because: Videos sometimes don't show the trainer's entire body. I know you wanna make artistic videos by alternating the shooting angles and by zooming it in/out. Guess what? This is REALLY distracting. I am a newbie and I NEED to know what to do with my legs and this is impossible to achieve when I can't actually see what the trainer's doing. Also, when video's playing, the phone will eventually go into standby mode with screen turned off. Bummer.

Would like to thank you for listening to your users feedback. Now that the UI is improving, it better on they eyes. But I guess you guys still have to improve on the stability of the app itself. In my case, now the app logged me out automatically. So everytime I tried booking a class, I have to relogin, and this happen most of the time. Not only that, the loading time is also crazy.

Actually the UI on this app is good and easy to understand. However, I think it takes a long time to fetch the data especially to load/book class (if I'm using mobile package data). It's annoying that I need to connect to a wifi to compete with other users instead of can run the app smoothly using mobile data. Kindly improve it and test the app on 3G (fix the buffering time and timeout on fetching).

After the newest update, I experienced failed to book class for nth time, even when there are still a lot of slot. It crashed and automatically logged me out, and when I log back in, it always shows error when I keyed the OTP code. I have to make it send 2 OTP code, before I can succesfully log in. If you want to update the apps, please make sure to make it work. This is so annoying and make me loss time and money
