App stopped working after upgrading. First says unable to authenticate. Turn wifi off. Why should I have to turn it off. Old version never required that. Turned it off. Still wouldn't authenticate. Says mobile data is off. However mobile data is on and I am currently using it. Horrible upgrade. Should do better testing.

It has come to my attention that my inbox is nearly full. In an attempt to fix this, I tried to delete the voicemails. However, I encountered a technical glitch within the voicemail feature. This issue prevents users from deleting all voicemails simultaneously, resulting in a "refresh failed" message. Consequently, users are only able to delete a single voicemail at a time or a maximum of four or five voicemails, and that only works a few times before seeing the same fail message.

This app doesn't work anymore, it used to be good but not lately, I can't clear or delete anything for the last month. I received messages but not readable. Had to clear all the data and the cache in app so I can reset app to when I installed it, and give it permission to access my phone calls, make calls also send me alerts when I receive messages. But still can't delete my new messages on my phone. (Says unable to delete messages all the time.) On my android phone.

This app has not been working at all for the past week or more. I'm unable to refresh my messages, it keeps stating the server is unable to retrieve my messages. I even called my voicemail manually and deleted/updated my messages, restarted my phone etc. And nothing has helped. As a business owner, where reviewing voicemail messages quickly is very important, I am very disappointed in this app. It's unrealiable.

Sometimes, if you click your heels and turn around three times and hope really hard, and uninstall and reinstall it to unstick whatever is causing it to not be able to do anything at all, this app does the bare minimum that you expect a voice mail app to do. More often, nothing fixes it. The *only* reason it gets more than one star is that it does theoretically work some of the time. No idea why I even bother paying for premium.

This app absolutely sucks. It doesn't let you delete old voicemails. I only have like 5 of them and they're blocking new voicemails. The only way to even try to fix it is to go into the settings on your phone and do a bunch of finagling, and even then the fix is only temporary. I really think this app has been abandoned due to the constant issues and the sparse updates not really fixing any of them. Company needs to actually invest in hiring a tech team/developer that knows what they're doing.

This App fails Everytime to even load on my phone... and it's compatible with my phone. I have a premium plan and have been with T-Mobile for over 20 years... I don't understand why they have so many issues with they're own Apps, but not other's. I uninstalled the App and reinstalled the App, and same stupid message that it failed to load, and with 2 choices, exit the App, or try again.... Tried many times.... Worthless App

I like that swipe functions have been added, but please allow users to customize them! I don't want to accidentally call people due to an errant swipe, which has almost happened a few times already. App has been much more stable over the past couple of years, but I've had issues like others list in their reviews previously. Please add a feature to report messages as scams. I'll gladly share these messages to help stop scammers.
