Awful, Terrible & Frustrating!! The app wants me to log in & verify thru email every time I click on anything. I do all that & try to check my rewards points and the app needs my login info again. Every time I click on anything I have to repeat the process and was never able to do anything at all on the stupid app. *I've been with simple mobile for years but had a 6 month lapse in service. I activated a new phone/number with my original account and my accrued points had disappeared (thousands)!

What's the same complaints that I've read are the same complaints that I have. Horrible! This app is a nightmare. Service is Awfu. Do you see any service replies to app complaints here on reviews? No! That explains it.l, Its just bad. Bad, bad!!! The service keeps messing up. I can't add new purchases when needed. Once they never even updated my purchase for three weeks. Can't access rewards. Nothing but error messages. They love to take your money but not clear up unexceptable tech issues or service. Shame on you simple mobile,,,shame,!

I'm trying to get my phone bill paid and they don't say no notifications when your bill is due I'm hoping they don't turn my phone off because I'm not going to pay no fee to get it turned back on and thank you plus they need to fix send my payment on SIMPLE Mobile app have some crazy stuff on there I didn't understand either thanks again

I've had two phones not allow me to log in, same with your website. Not sure why this has been happening for so long. Kind of detrimental to your business... Please fix. Edit: seeing reviews for the same issue since 2021 really makes it seem like they just don't care. I can't recommend joining until these get fixed.

I can rarely get into the app. Edit December 19th 2024 still can't get into the app can't use my 12,000 reward points spent almost an hour on the chat help then they transferred me and never came back. The app is useless to me The phone service is good though.

For what you pay the service has potential, particularly if you're in an area with good coverage; in my case the transmitting of data is shotty at best, and that's the kicker, since the price of data is so high. Nevertheless, call and messaging features seem to function perfectly. Personally, I don't understand the difference in transmiting information over the internet vs messaging and calls.

Paid my daughters phone bill last week and still no service available. Called customer service and told the rep that I paid, got a receipt and how I paid but he ignored everything I said and told me I had to go deal with it another way ....horrible service I switched my daughter another service without the problem of terrible service . Wouldn't recommend this service to anyone
