Just subscribed yesterday, already disappointed from the get go. Had a hard time getting the app through the firestick cause it is not available but managed in a different way. Now I want to have it on my phone and I've been getting the same message over and over again: "No internet. Check your internet connection." It sucks! Please take all these reviews here seriously and fix the bugs and stuff. It's unacceptable.

The app is so bad I don't know where to start. When you watch something the app decides on it's own to change the quality and you can't watch anything. So talking about that give us the option to decide what quality we want! Secondly when searching for shows, movies, ect. You write the name of the show and it does not appear in the search bar. You need to find what words or letters to make combination of so your show can appear. Please fix

I am trying to connect but keep getting the following error: "Wrong username or password." However, if I connect to eontv.gr, I can log in with the same username and password without any issues. I have tried reinstalling the app, connecting with another device, and resetting the password, but the same problem occurs each time. I also contacted Nova customer service, and they said they would fix it, but nothing has changed after four days. I am very disappointed.

I'm using this app with a VIVACOM Bulgaria subscription, and it works perfectly. Most of the TV functions available from the EON Smart Box can be used on the smartphone with this app. Small drawbacks are, that I could not use my EON home profile (I had to create a new one), and I still haven't found out how to add a channel to the list of favorites.

It is r ridiculous when in pop-up mode the app not to keep the screen wake! Also, 2x speed option is essential nowadays!

Hello I'm a Greek subscriber. The problem I have is that the cast streaming doesn't sync with normal playback and if I stop casting a movie then for e. g. playback from the tv or app doesn't continue from the time I stopped to cast. Fix it asap

Wow, this app, while being better in terms of playback bugs, is so awful. First, the button for logging in with phone number looks disabled. It's 2021 and you're unable design a simple button. Second, I cannot find where the subscriptions are. I used a demo package with 40 TV channels and you cannot distinguish the ones you've subscribed to. You have to go through EVERY channel and learn which ones you have access to by trial and error. If you're going to promote it, make sure it works first.

UI can be better. Channels which I don't have subscription to appear the same way which is frustrating. They should appear faded or have a filter at the top to show subscribed channels only. The same applies to radio stations, VOD, etc. Also when I have a popup showing I don't have a subscription and hit OK, I'm kicked out of the programme list! EDIT3: Is there any reason why I can't cast from my phone to the TV app?
