PM2.5 + PM10
Ilman hiukkaset (PM) ovat monien kemiallisten komponenttien (kiintoaineet ja aerosolit) monimutkainen seos. Halkaisijaltaan enintään 10 mikronin hiukkaset (PM10 ja PM2,5) voivat hengittää keuhkoihin ja aiheuttaa haitallisia terveysvaikutuksia.
NO2
Typpidioksidi (NO2) on erittäin reaktiivinen kaasu, jota syntyy fossiilisten polttoaineiden poltossa.
NO2 ärsyttää ihmisen hengitysteitä ja voi pahentaa hengityselinsairauksia (erityisesti astmaa). NO2 reagoi muiden ilmassa olevien kemikaalien kanssa muodostaen hiukkasia ja otsonia.
SO2
Rikkidioksidi (SO2) on väritön kaasu, jota syntyy fossiilisten polttoaineiden poltossa ja vulkaanisessa toiminnassa. SO2 ärsyttää ihoa ja silmien, nenän, kurkun ja keuhkojen limakalvoja.
CO
Hiilimonoksidi (CO) on väritön kaasu, jota syntyy fossiilisten polttoaineiden epätäydellisessä palamisessa. Se vähentää verenkierrossa kulkeutuvan hapen määrää.
O3
Alailmakehän otsoni (O3) on savusumun pääkomponentti. Se ärsyttää hengityselimiä ja lisää keuhkojen alttiutta infektioille, allergeeneille ja muille ilman epäpuhtauksille.

Good app with an unobtrusive design and a straightforward information page. It works well and doesn't crash my phone. Unfortunately, it lacks the option to manually add or edit the location; it solely relies on the location from system settings. If it offered the ability to edit the location, I wouldn't hesitate to give it 5 stars. // Response to Peter's note below: I can give you three good reasons, but my space here is limited to 500 characters. Do you have email, web, or something similar?

Unfortunately, it keeps crashing on my device. After installation, accepting location access and turning on geolocation, it didn't load any data for several minutes and then just stopped and crashed. I have to look for alternatives.

The quality and local relevance seems highly questionable. Storrington, Sussex is about 20 miles away from Brighton. It is also very much in the countryside. To be fair I believe it is also an opportunity to explore what open data means and data providers willingness to engage

I like this app but would like to see some more features... Eg. Air density Atmospheric pressure Maybe weather? Etc idk Would have have it a extra star if I had to options to bookmark different locations and be able to view the air in 2 different areas at the same time...

it's a good app, maybe make sure to add a plus button to add multiple places if you can

Much of a useful app in major cities . Can take a Look at the air quality index of your area and get freaked out. Values are up to date within an hour . A widget that updates itself recurrently would have been a nice addition.

Let us adjust the radius and add manual cities to the app. Unfortunately it's pretty useless for me at this point. Good idea though with lots of potential (like a history etc)
