First time using this app and I like it. The video quality is superb and the subtitle/translation is great. However the volume of the videos are too low so I needed to turn the volume up. The worst thing is when it's time for the ads the volume is too loud!! It's bursting in my ears! How ridiculous! I use ear buds while watching so that I don't disturb my roommates whose sleeping. I am very much considerate of them and I hope you are too with your customers. Thank you.

What's the point on having download validity for only 7 days when my subscription is annual. Hard to use library. Even if you just click a new series it would always play the latest episode. All download are also mixed together so if you downloaded more than 1 series they would be mixed together.

It kept telling me to connect on a better connection whenever I open a series even though I have stable internet connection. So frustrating because this is the only app on my phone that is not functioning properly, I can watch on all of the apps except this one

It was overall a good app. I just hope they can improve the video resolution. The subtitles in the mobile app are way too big and occupies the screen more. I hope there is an option to make it smaller.

In 2019 I used to watch all movies and dramas in this app, I can also download lots of it but now I can't even finished a whole series of kdrama. It is pretty sucks that they want you to upgrade in premium before watching k-series that you can watch on TV. I'm just pissed because they already have a lot of advertisements in every episodes yet the app still pushing you to upgrade and subscribe for a premium account. I mean Netflix can do more better than this haha I'm not gonna use this ever.

The resolutions are good but I hate the INTERFACE especially on TV. What's the use of bookmarking movies and there is nowhere you can access your bookmarked selections directly??? Very disappointing. 😏

Been using it just now...I love the contents so far but can I suggest devs that you add playback speed function, or perhaps it's already there and I just can't find it .? Playback speed is a must have function for me giving that I have limited time to watch 😌

Gave this app 3 stars review last year because they separate a movie into multiple movies based on the languages it's dubbed in. I'm back because there's a show that I really like. So I guess it gets the point for shows variety. But last night, I was watching it by casting it on my android tv. Now, a day later, I can't find the cast button anymore. I only bought a week subscription, so I guess I'll have to stick with watching from my iPad now? So many people are complaining as well. Fix it!
