Can be extremely finnecky. Sometimes does everything you want fast, sometimes takes several minutes to react to your data entry. Doesn't matter if you are online or offline. Recently it won't show the description text. It's there but you can't read it. Like if it's white text on a white background. I have to memorize the answer placement when doing my annual inspections. Makes it difficult to let my team do this task when I'm the only one experienced with how the questions are layed out.

Slow and difficult to use for turn. It takes 15+ minutes to load every time. 08/30/2023 still slow, took me a month to complete move-out statements this year than the max of a week it used to take. I took a 4-minute video of the time it took to get from clicking the finish button, to when it sent me the wheel of death. Sure, it is a small amount of time, unless you are processing move-outs of 500 bedrooms.

It's been over a year with a dark mode bug in the app. No text shows up in dark mode.

It socks, never been able to use it neither in my phone or tablet.

Terrible app. When you complete a row of tasks it takes you back to the top of the list so you have to scroll back down. Text options are not showing up so tasks are completed blind. Doesn't even show what you type when you have to give descriptions.

It's not the most user-friendly. Slow loading times when accessing different menus and uploading photos. Also does not make sense to not be able to see text when using in dark mode on phone settings. This app drains battery very quickly.

Can't use if my phone is on "dark" mode which makes it hard for me to read. Now it wants to update but when I try it takes me to the play store and no update is showing. And it's set up for auto update anyway. Come on its 2022 it should not be this difficult.

Numerous problems. Login can't find app somehow. Closes itself and logs me out. Numerous tasks require consistent internet connection. Non intuitive design. Just terrible. But of course i am forced to use by my company.
