Not easy to use. Refuses to do the required update, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Made for diabetics, not weight loss. Huge waste of my time but CVS, as a pharmacy benefits manager, demands that I waste my personal time playing on my phone with this ridiculous app. Dieticians have no idea what lab results mean, yet I have to enter multiple single lab results into this app. App closes down when trying to attach photos of lab results-has a bug that CVS refuses to fix.

Bugs out frequently or crashes. Dont't like that it only keeps a running total of calories and macros for the day. Not showing macros for individual logged meals does not make sense from an eating better nutrition wise standpoint. The app does not keep track of fiber intake. Which is annoying when trying to eat healthier. Don't like that you can't see an activity log or total of active minutes for a day.

the darn thing is saying there is required upgrade to continue using. I say okay, it takes me to app store where it's says I already have the upgrade.click open & go back to the app and get stopped again with the required upgrade message. stuck in a loop & can't communicate w/provider. won't sync my records. had trouble getting on to video chat with the provider. uploading my required records manually because it won't sync is a nightmare. if it wasn't required by the state I wouldn't have it!

APP NEEDS WORK. I received a mailer with a QR code; it should have been a big hint to the quality of the app when the QR didn't work! So I Googled the app & downloaded it no problem. I made an account, verified my email, made a PIN, and enabled fingerprint access. I told the app what kind of diabetes I have and checked off the appropriate meds. And then it CRASHED. And it won't open--just crashes, fingerprint or PIN. I would really like to use this app to help control my diabetes. PLEASE FIX!

The application is of good quality. However, I would appreciate it if they were able to support the Letsfit application, as I do not own a Fitbit or other smartwatch, and would like to be able to connect my watch to their app.

There is no help button for navigation issues such as changing your weight goal which is currently incorrect. There is also no chat button on the home screen as indicated. This requires me to keep making calls to CVS.

I like the ability to scan/photograph food for tracking meals. However, syncing up with other apps for tracking meals and activities needs a LOT of work.
