This app hasn't been updated in over 1 1/2 years (as of 6/26/24). It is buggy and doesnt always work. Many times I'm stuck with a "spinning" screen while it's trying to figure which wash I'm at or waiting to show me the activate button. Typically to resolve I would have to reinstall which makes me the douche holding everyone in line up. I wish they'd go back to the RFID method or release updates to fix all the bugs.

This app makes getting car washes easy and simple. Set up an account, choose wash/plan, and the rest is easy. The bluetooth connectivity is convenient, so no need to use the service panel at the entrance! I like the app, but there are no descriptions for each wash. Regardless, having an app makes the service easier.

App hardly ever works.... I've been using it for a month and I've been able to get 2 carwashes. There other 6 or so times I tried, it tells me it cannot connect to server and to try a different device. Well, I'm in my car with just my phone; I have no other devices. This app would be much better if you just clicked the "I'm here" button and it generated a code for you to enter. Definitely not worth they money when it doesn't work 80% of the time.

First: Realize that the app will not work right unless your phone's data & Bluetooth are turned on & functional!! Obviously too, in below zero temps any car wash will likely be closed. I do wish they'd allow multiple cars & multiple devices on an account. Otherwise, it's been working well for me so far. Had 1 difficulty getting positioned right for the signal to send; and 1 wash logged even though the wash was inoperational - but as I’m on the unlimited plan it didn’t cause a billing issue.

Works Great! I've been using the unlimited wash program for a little over 3 years. I recently switched from the RFID sticker to the app. The carwashes have always automatically started up for me with no issues. I have used different Holiday locations and never had a single problem. You can't go wrong with this unlimited wash program.

The app has LOCKED ME OUT and it gives me no way to get hold of the company to figure out why. Meanwhile, I paid for a whole month of the deluxe washes - the most expensive ones - and I only got to use about 2 weeks of that time before I was locked out. If I could give the app 0 stars I would. On top of that, before I got locked out, the app had frozen on me multiple times and wouldn't let me connect to the server a couple of the days.

Stops working for no reason. I've had this app for months with no issues, now or just doesn't work anymore. It gives a wavy bar that says loading, but never does. Emailing their support is useless. They tell you to call for support then there is an hour hold time. I reversed the charges on my credit card since they don't want to provide the service I paid for.

App would be awesome if it actually worked all the time. The last couple times I was up at the screen and the app wouldn't recognize I was there so the activate wash button wouldn't show up and I was blocked in with a massive line behind me. I unfortunately has to pay for the wash cuz I was stuck and didn't want to make everyone back up and the 2nd time called in the store and they ran me out a code.
