I've tried to cancel this subscription several times. I did not purchase the upgraded plan. I even took my card off file and I was still charged $409. App did not work at all. Even talking to a specialist, we were seeing 2 different things going on. Nothing added up. So since I couldn't cancel it STILL charged me. Fuxkn waste of time. Super PISSED

I'm sure I'm not the only one who has seen something about *update* the app. I have done updates on other apps with and w/o reminders, and done so without any issues. My device is a good Samsung phone, plenty of room left for more apps if I need to add them. So there really is no reason to see some notation that says my device is not compatible with an update. Please CORRECT this as soon as possible. I don't want potential clients to be held back from contacting me, or having me reply.

They called talking about $900 in free yelp ads and they would set everything up for me I logged in 2 weeks later and $600 was used in free ads. The service was canceled. 3 months later I received a charge In my account from them for $646 for only spam calls from the service team. The $646 was supposed to be free ads but actually billed to my card.

Glitchy Glitchy. I have been trying to claim my business through the app for almost 2 days now. It is not letting me go past the business claiming page, after I send the request to our email and click the link it takes me right back to the claiming page. I have even changed to call our phone to send the verification code. But it accepts the code and send me right back to the claiming page. Almost 2 whole days of this . Just repeating changing browsers, etc.

For 3+ months now it has been impossible to communicate with customers requesting a quote. When we try to "Request more info" the app freezes. I have been in contact with support (sent screenshot, logs, etc.) with no luck correcting the problem. It apoears that only Android devices are affected. We are able to use the app with an iPad or on a laptop. Come on guys lets get our act together. You claim to be on the cutting edge of technology. Time to show a little love to us Android users.

I'm not sure what has changed but I had a good experience with the app a couple years ago when advertising. This time they disabled my request a quote(messenger), and filtered all my call clicks so they came up as scam likely. I spent thousands all for nothing. Add insult to injury and we are almost a month into waiting for a manager to think I'm worth a phone call back. I don't write reviews often, and only when I've exhausted every other option. Don't advertise with them, use the free version.

I had a positive review from a client that they chose to not include for my stars. I can only assume it's because I'm not paying them. The sales rep was very misleading. Never believe gurantees for more work. I had several clicks for people looking at my pictures. But very few calls. Plus when people send a message, I wasn't able to respond on the app. I had to type my response in a different app, then copy & paste it from there. Complete waste of money. Will not give them another dime.

I have not been getting app notifications, from Yelp, for months. I have gone in, through the app AND desktop, and toggled the preferences, and I even uninstalled/reinstalled the app, but it's still an issue. Needless to say, customers contact me, and unless I manually check my app and/or email messages, the lead stays there, sometimes - for days (according to what's going on, in my life); it's beyond frustrating. Also, it's been over 4 yrs, and I've not bought your ads, so PLEASE STOP CALLING!
