I just downloaded the app tonight. I have been trying to create a listing for about an hour. First I never received the verification code in my email, I tried three times. So I used my phone number, which did work. Then I selected pictures from my photo gallery over and over. I keep getting a message that something went wrong. I'm very frustrated and on the verge of giving up!

Super buggy app. Keeps asking me to verify thru text message every time I open an application and it doesn't work if you input the message code too fast. Managing rental properties is also impossible and a lot of the information you see on website you cannot even access thru the app, the experience is completely different. Just terrible UX, slow, buggy and laggy.

Good app but the constant need to re-log in as well as the Simplify Your Rental Process screen before getting into the Applications section is super annoying. Please keep us signed in and eliminate that screen.

Simple to use. Has worked well so far. Need to see how the applications turn out to really know. Update: applications work well and so does the Credit report. Would like to see a better way of verifying income and employment from applicants.

Zillow Rental Manager Makes it easy to put your property online for rent with photos, descriptions and amenities that make your property a great place to live. Then you can manage within the app all inquiries, Zillow Rental applications and give the person who you will rent to notice that they have been approved. The interface can be confusing when finding previous conversations and replying to them, but overall such a great service for property owners and renters alike.

Much much more simple than Turbo Tenant. They don't flood you with promos to purchase up, sure they have them but not nearly as crowded of an app. Also the ability to edit, and activate or deactivate a listing you want to post and take down is so much cleaner than the other apps. I wouldn't use another app for rental management.

Amazing stuff. Long term young landlord. Love this platform because tenant pays for 1 background check and can give it to multiple landlords instead of each landlord paying for a background check. I see zillow prospects as better tenants. As a landlord zillow allows me to post on multiple platforms and easily save my listing for future use. Excellent platform, though if I was a tenant I wouldn't pay for anything and just use it for free. If I found a place that req a background check use zillow

Amazing free app for property management, best out there since it links to the powerful Zillow advertising platform. Can't believe it's free!!
