Useless app. I booked an appointment at 15:10 it's 16:25 and I'm still waiting.

Useless app, not recommend. Arrive to bank branch on scheduled time, and wait for my appointment more than 45 min. So planning and scheduling impossible by app.

Hello. Your application is not working properly. Each time I want to open it, throws me out of the program. And after several attempts contacting you to solve this problem each time I got ignored and no one seems to care. 😡 yes maybe you think one in a 100k+ download user it doesn't matter but look at your score 3.8 😳 so it shows that your application's users are not satisfied 🙄 and you haven't done anything to improve it.

I'm satisfied with this app; it helps me save time. I like seeing faces who have been waiting a long time and seeing how I come forward with my ticket early 😁 . It is an easy-to-use app with a nice interface. It just needs some improvements.

Overall, I like it, but idk for VTB its not working. I've tried many times. For other banks it works, but for VTB it does not create the ticket. It just says "please wait" and after that instead of creating the ticket it again shows time and date selection menu. I'm sure that I'm choosing right date and time

No result, minor bugs. For banking system totaly useless,although a coyple of years ago was somewhat okayish. Time with earlyone ticket and ordinary one os the same. Tried to use for passport department- there are a lot of bugs, ticket is not created unless it o Is not a working hour. Lets say i want to be there whenever passport department opens, what is the meaning of application if i cannot create a ticket in advance. I just can go there and get my ordinary ticket.

Do not recomended!!!App is about queues and REQUIRES Location permission, and if you wont give that permission app is just keep asking or showing never ending loop of loading. Idea of this app is good, but that issue with permission just kills the performance. So far not more then 2 stars. I will not update my review till you tell users why its "required" to have that permission and if users denies it, just close the app

It doesn.t work for several days for some institutions. I tried different hours, uninstalled and installed it again to no avail. The app just crashes when you click the TAKE THE TICKET buton.
