Using Conga for 6 months. Great product for a such bad app. App is slow and the maps are always missing. Every time I want to clean the floor, the robot start a new map, and consequently a new inneficient path. I already made more than 10 maps configurations. I don't know if I already said that, but the app is really slow.

The product is great but the app is ussless. I urge cecotec to spend the time to make the app work in basic usability. Dont need fancy buttons, just a basic app that works. Update: The app still does not work, and seems to get worse with time. Yesterday the robot lost its mapping. At this point is quicker for me to manually clean my gouse than struggle for over 30mins each day to get the all to work. I would definitely not recommend this product anymore.

Great product but useless app. Everytime I want to clean I find out the maps are gone so I have to go through the same thing over and over. Once the map is created looks like a fake one, and it just shows half of the map, so it can hardly ever clean the entire house. Also, when I schedule a cleanup, I never know when it's gonna make it work since sometimes the schedule is not properly saved, apparently, even though I ensure to have pressed the button for that.

It is amazing how terrible the app, specially compared with how good the robot is. The app will log you off while you are configurating it... Just because. None of the menus is intuitive. Is easier to re-scan your whole house and create a new map rather than modifying an existing one. It will forget the robots linked to your account, at last, ones a month. Of course you use the app because is the only way to program the cleaner... No other reason.

This terrible app is destructive to what could be a very promising product. After spending a considerable amount of money on the robot, the user is confronted with an app that renders most of the robots functionality as inoperable. It is impossible to edit maps in any meaningful way, my robot keeps repositioning the home position and also leaves huge parts of the house as inaccesable. There is no working 3rd party control (e.g.Alexa) as advertised. I have been patient for 2 months but I give up!

Completly useless!!! Connection to the robot always droping! Trying to edit the map simply doesn't work, all the changes aren't saved. Slow as hell! Reports an update to do that doesn't exist! Already wanting to return the product since it has an app that simply doesn't work!!!

Great Robot but Bad app. It's loosing / deleting maps and scedules. I have to scan the rooms anew.. And even then it doesnt recognize a new map that was created. App does not follow the robot in real time. It keeps showing that Robot is offline while its clearly cleaning. Every move in app is slow, with big lags, with interneet speed of 150Mbps. Fix the app!

Horrible. The app is a nightmare to use( if it even works). Randomly turns on at the same time everyday(8:34 pm) and I haven't even set it. It gets one star because its the lowest I can put and the machine itself actually does a pretty good job if we turn it on ourselves.
