Chartr on yksi sovelluksista, joka on hyväksytty kontaktittomien e-lippujen ostamiseen New Delhissä. Vaihe 1: Käyttäjä valitsee reitin, lähteen ja määränpään.
Vaihe 2: Käyttäjä skannaa väylässä olevan QR-koodin.
Vaihe 3: Hinta lasketaan ja näytetään käyttäjälle.
Vaihe 4: Käyttäjä maksaa matkan hinnan.
Vaihe 5: Onnistuneen tapahtuman jälkeen käyttäjä saa lipun.

Chartria käyttämällä voit suunnitella matkasi käyttämällä vain busseja, vain metroa ja sekä metroa että bussia.

The app experience was good and easy to use fir tickets, but it's new update is not good as much as previously. The concept of fare base tickets is much easier to buy a ticket . Please understand this because sometimes we doesn't know about the stand names and on some other routes the stand names was different showing on the app. Can't you just provide previous version of ticket buying method on fare bases.

Before when I book the ticket through Chartr I get 10 % discount without any convenience fee and GST on convenience fee but now when I book the ticket I have to pay extra on convenience fee . While other apps doesn't charge any fee ( like One Delhi ) so if you buy tickets on daily basis like me you can try the another app

Very bad app alll information are fake I am waiting at stand from 6:00 o clock now the time is 7:25 but still not a single bus is arrived at the stand AC or non AC but app is still showing bus is arriving in 5/10 min don't believe in this kind of apps or also bus services is very bad pls improve services for commen people we are suffering very badly Regard

Plz give complaint section in chartr app. And also this time after update the chartr app, after update ticket making is very difficult, plz give previous option like select location and then select price and ticket is done. Now select location and then end location and search price, it will take too much time. So plz give previous option of ticket.

Your new update sucks. It doesn't work ever. Requires internet speed surpassing that of South Korea. UI is terrible, connectivity is terrible, it is overall doesn't even deserve one star. I'm using 5G yet it glitches terribly and is painful to use. Watching paint dry is faster than using this app. Please do fix this, recommend Delhi One app over this any day.

App going very worst now. Since three days i am not getting tickets but payment deduction is continue. Now it is charging conveyance fee. Don't use this app now. Better to move ONE or check any other compatible app. DON'T USE NOW WOULD BE IN TROUBLE DURING JOURNEY. Thanks
