The service is absolutely terrible, very slow and if you take any type of Metro or train you have no Internet. The app only good to put more money/credit on. I must say the app frequently crashes and/or has bugs & issues. Got ho when I arrived here three years ago because it came so highly recommended without an expense if it was and the high amount of GB, and it still offers good value for that; it's a shame when I leave the house that internet is so difficult to use.

Why should every 2 weeks need to sign in on this app? It's terrible. Every time should update password.

Very easy to register as a tourist. The coverage is good in general. The experience in general is a scam. I have a 200 gig package and I thought I could "recharge" it when i run out of data as it was advertised in the app. It said I have to add some money first so I did, then i showed me my package is not allowed to recharge so i have to wait. "Recharging" was the only reason I went for this simcard...

Probably the most useless app I have ever used. The service stinks, too. 2g dowload speed won't download your maps and it won't search for anything on the internet when you're out walking. When you try to use the app to learn maybe why things are not working, nothing. You can't find out how much data you have used, but you cannot see how fast your download speeds are currently. The say the network is crowded. It's always "crowded". I could have bought a disposable phone for less.

the app used to sign in my number automatically, now it asks me to do it manually but whenever i put the password (which is the right one 'cause i've only changed it once and it's been the same since then) it doesn't let me in. i try to change it, i put my data in and still it doesn't let me change the password. i am literally forced to call service number everytime i wanna check how many gigas i have left and it's so upsetting because the voice is slow and it takes forever to tell what i need.

Its one of the most shitest operator in Italy. I have tried to register my SIM with more than 6 people and given my details to each when process reach at passport verification, app loses its connection and than you have to start all over again with new agent. I have already submitted my documents to them when ordering SIM card. I am not using them anymore. advise you to keep away. shity App crashes while activating SIM card on video call no other way to activate the SIM. Keep away or regret.

Avoid Ho-mobile! It's impossible to register your service for American passports. I tried 12 times, and it always fails. There are no good examples provided of how to do the video registration. Which pages? In what orientation? Really badly done with no help. A wasted 15 euros later, now I have to claw back the credit card charges. Huge frustrating time sink. Just pay for a major carrier with a physical shop with real service.

This network becoming a joke, before when you credit finish you can top automatically but now when my credit finish I can't activate it automatically and there is no other option to get giga or connection, you have to wait until the days finish, imagine you finish you credit on the 20th you have to wait 10 days to get connect. So this service is very bad so with my experience here is ruined. Their service were good before but now it's a joke
