This is the most horrendous app you'll ever use every time you select a plan it just goes away until you pick the most expensive one and finally they'll let you pay for that. If this is the process of technology I'd rather go back to stone tablets. I hope genuine bees haunt the bathrooms of the app creators.

App is not much useful. Mostly just for checking balance. Cannot raise a service request or a grievance. Beeline service is also poor. It took almost a month for them to transfer my wifi connection. There is no place where we can log complaints for delay in services. Update: the internet is not connected yet. The online chat and phone helpline, I have tried many times, they just give a random answer and do not solve the problem.

The app is focused not on user experience, but too much annoying ads! No English language.

I have just discovered an unpleasant defect - the option that allowed to convert minutes into data is gone, it's not available any more. I normally tapped Data and easily converted minutes into data, but now the app gives the only option to get additional data and that is by replenishing my balance. Only one star shall go to the app for me since it's a significant defect in my opinion. And one more thing - there's no way to contact the provider from the app in order to address some faults.

App layout is quite confusing. It should be much more simplistic, intuitive. Also, a major drawback and something that I fail to understand, why Beeline don't include English as a language option! It's very hard for us expats to navigate the app, always have to find someone else to help us! It's really irritating.

I can't login in app, after I entered a code, nothing happened. And I can't write to support from the app, please fix it

The largest mobile provider doesn't even have English! I used a Russian speaker to try to navigate the app, but there's no info about suspending service. I went into a branch and they told me that they suspended it, but they did not, and was charged again.

as you know, beeline positions itself like "the most better provider" etc, but, bruh ofc It's not lol. More like the most shittiest provider, even if you'll buy unlimited connection - there are 2 limits, after you'll use 200gb the connection will be slow, about 1 kb per second and that's why you need to find another one provider, that at least has REAL UNLIMITED DATA lol.
