If I could give zero stars, I would. This app is completely unreliable. I needed to generate an important document (décompte), but after multiple attempts, it simply doesn’t work. After several emails and calls to 3939, I was left with no real help—the support team seems clueless about the issue. To make things worse, the app keeps crashing constantly and claims my device has no internet, even though my connection is perfectly fine. absolutely frustrating and unacceptable.

Absolute garbage app, what UX is this when you give the user no feedback when something went wrong: I try to activate my account. I provide my correct info.I click the button. The loading spinner loads... then nothing, no error message about what went wrong, whatsoever! Please pass this to your dev team, they probably will know what am talking about. Ps: I will edit my review if i get my issues fixed.

Are you serious? I have been trying for several days to login to my account to activate it. When the app isn't stuck in home page, it goes to the phone number section and then: "there has been an error, retry later" or "check your internet connection", different types of errors, 0 explanation. Please fix it or move it to trash, thank you

the app is completely useless for the new users , can't activate my account, keeps stuck in the first page , same thing on the website . I mean is there an IT team working to fix that issue or not ?

One of the worst and most unstable apps I've ever used, it asks for internet even though it's connected to a wifi, most of the data doesn't come up, and any new updates, i have to remove the old one by hand and install anew. Like everything about this government this sxit app is corrupt.

what a very bad app , the database is almost corrupted, lost of data every single time , I can't find any of my 2023 folders in prestation section and I have called the support ( that didn't understand anything ) without success and also the agency and I have made a reclamation via email nothing also , very bad app for such a necessary service, we hope to fix this issues soon
