The TapNail app has been very user friendly, and great collection of all data related to my nail business thats easily accessed. My only cons are the cost, and no choice to edit the template portion of the email appointment notice/reminder before sending. Many times the template wording doesn't work for some customers. Otherwise I highly recommend TapNail!

I had to come change my review. While sometimes they may take a bit to answer emails the absolutely follow through on thier promises to make changes requested and fix issues. I am still so happy with this app and I've been using it for years. You can totally customize your data to properly reflect your business. Thank you.

I have a mobile nail business and TapNail has worked very well for me. Almost all of my business' information is in one place along with details and pictures of my clients' services. It works without internet which is necessary here in our mountain community. Updates with new features happen often. I definitely would recommend TapNail to any nail tech.

Been using this app 4 years paid every month, we just want to move the data from android to ios, the ios not working when data sync its dont show customer booking online, we have over 7000 customer data. We request that export customer data for our business to import data to ios. They don't or can't do it. We just want .csv file to import to ios still using same app, and didn't have any reply from them after after few message conversations. Please read request (1855) you will understand.

TapNail is excellent. All my accounting done for me. Sends reminders to my clients. Could add all my new COVID regulations so clients already informed before coming to their appointment. Will definitely recommend this app

what if i want to checkout with my regular customer? they are walkin but also i want to keep track their services to give reward to loyalty customers? I'll give 5 stars if i can do that.
