This app is great when it works. I prefer it to the website. The biggest issue I have with the app is the initial sign in process. Every time I open the app and try to sign In, I get an error "video access unavailable". I'm not trying to open a video appointment, I just want to log in to my account. I get this error every time I try to log in. I close the app completely and repeat this process 3-5 times before it actually lets me login. I have no issues once logged in.

If I could give Kaiser zero stars I would! My issues, yes several, predate my issue with this app, 2021. On every platform, when I log in I am unable to use MANY features. It began with just test results and letters. Kept getting an error saying, "This feature is temporarily unavailable. Please call 1-800-***-****...." same error message. I reach out and what happens, nothing. Tech support never fixes my issue and I still can't use my account once logged in. Tried every method to fix it & nada.

i mean, it works, but this is the least user friendly app ive ever used. to access multiple test results, you have to go all the way back to the main menu every. single. time. i just had 12 results come back i had to check individually. calling in prescriptions is useless, they dont start filling it until you check in at the pharmacy in person. med and doctor lists are impossible to navigate. cant screenshot or print receipts. doesnt load half the time, takes 30 seconds for each page if it does

Please stop notifying me that the session has timed out! This isn't the 90's and most designers (and users) have figured out that signing into a secure application requires signing into the secure application and not simply bringing it up again. Reduce the number of clicks. After getting a blood draw, someone will get a large number of results and will have to tap on each one to see what it is. How about a simple value/range on each one? If the doctor makes the same comment to all test results with a single click, why can't I clear all those notifications with a single tap? Why are there two back buttons on a test result and both work differently? Tapping on Health Reminders gives me the top reminder not the list and tapping back gives me the list. Huh? This is super basic level user interaction design. The layout is confusing and inconsistent. Please rearrange and see how people actually might use the app rather than designed by somebody who's never seen a doctor.

Keyboard and voice to text do not automatically capitalize at start of sentence. Does not stay logged in long enough. Wouldnt mind at least 30 minutes. Also, in the prescriptions area, there is a banner on the lower third of the screen that never goes away. I should be able to remove that. Also, just tried to fill a prescription there and got an error. Went immediately to my tablet and was able to fill it on the website without problem.

What's going on with this horrid app? At some point, it seems the system changed to a browser-based one, and it only works half the time while giving me constant errors ("We can't retrieve your data at this time. Please try again later."). Slow loading times despite me being on 5G - not to mention in 2022 we STILL don't have a function to let us save e-mails as drafts! I get thrown off the app mid-session, goodbye e-mail. Appointment filters don't work. Wonky UI. Devs seem stuck in the 90s-00s.

Please fix bugs! I can never go into any of the features like refilling meds, it says "system timed out" when I had just signed in. I've had to just use the browser after multiple system failures. Allow for screenshots! Have labs come in 1 message with the graph and values. Allow to remove meds that are not used. Allow to remove providers in message list. Also allow to self book for mental health appointments!! It should be a priority. And have more appointments, not 3 months out all the time!

This thing breaks all the time, says it has things then when you try to look at them says permission denied. It crashes and logs you out regularly, I'd rather just talk on the phone, it takes less time to navigate the phone tree with how much it logs you out and won't let you access things. Aldo I keep trying to fill out the questionnaire but the link breaks.
