App worked for a while, but issues loading pages occasionally or not recognizing your location for jobs. It wasn't until I upgraded to a new phone that the app just completely stopped working. It does not load past the main logo screen before crashing. I've not been able to use it for about 2 months now. I've filled tickets with the support department and they just tell me "we are working on it." That's great, while you're working on it, I'm not working at all, or anyone else on my type of phone

This app is horrendous. I have all notifications on but never get notified when new jobs are available. And there is no notification tone. All I ever get is a silent bubble that only pops up in the middle of the night while I am asleep. They only made the app worse. The last edition was much better. I can't confirm my hours and get instantly paid. I hate this app

Not allowing me to login. Says I have an account when I try to create one. Then I tried to reset the password,& it told me it couldn't reset my password that it couldn't find an account with the number I provided😔 *UPDATE* Used the email for tech support for the app not working,but I was impatient,so I called the number. The lady wasn't knowledgeable in helping me out. The tech support from the email I sent he fixed the problem. When I got in on the app,turns out there aren't any jobs either.

Update: Still treats a lack of connection as if you weren't logged in and take you to a login screen. If you attempt to login from there, you can mess up your cookies and make your normal login malfunction, and then you end up resetting your password. Map view often shows nothing, regardless of settings, and you're forced to use the list view and then work out location matters some other way. HAS NO DARK MODE! No in-app help or support. Office staff apathetic or unhelpful with any issues.

No jobs ever ! My qualifications don't show up in my profile. The area of search is unstable and jumps around also the filters exclude everything even when you reset them . I go to the office of the agency,they say "oh no we have jobs everyday that are open just keep trying" I do that and there is never anything. Don't waste your time on this.---Update: I finally happened to find a 1 day job and it was a good gig but I found out you have to have a good record of showing up to get regular work .

I like this app although I think that I've been blocked from being able to use it there are some glitches and some parts of the app that could be more easily laid out such as the background check it should have only pulled up the area that I lived in instead it had me fill out a background check for a place somewhere in Washington and I live nowhere near there. Also it doesn't give you many options to further look into each job.

It's very easy to do. I rather have done it thru this way then having to deal with all that paperwork. Also get to pick n choose what job your interested are. Check n see if you're available to work when they notify you. Instead of having to call each every other day. who ever thought of this has done a great job. Thanks. Good luck 🍀🤞 Everyone.

This app shows the shift I was scheduled, but it doesn't allow me to submit my hours. The first night it worked, but the second shift I was able to say I arrived, but it would let me update my hours. The developer of the app need to fix the issue. If I don't get paid due the app not working properly, then I will look for a different job that doesn't require me to download an app.
