Such a good idea! But the execution lacks userfriendlyness. Put the app in the background to check a received SMS? Can do, but then you have to re-enter your PIN when you get back. It's too much one-way traffic, for example: you can see your prescription, but you can not ask for a renewal. Other things that don't work, also don't using the website, and have to do with a poorly organized back-end, so I'll leave those out of the review. And please, show the nr de utente on the home tab.

I changed my phone and cannot open the app, same problem as written by other!! I need the app for my certificado as needs to be presented everywhere!! On my old phone I tested if I have also problems to enter and I didn't. However, closed it yhere now, so no idea if I will get it there again as I need access on my current phone!!! And I guess no responsável is reading above anyhow, so I am probably wasting my time! So back to the old trusted printed paper version!

Still learning to use the app. Great idea that can be improved in the future. Amazing to see that my vaccination state was updated immediately after taking both shots... It would be fantastic to incorporate a card for the digital certificate Covid, official testing results, etc. Thank you.

In general the app works well, however some of the information seems duplicate or is hard to find. It would help if I was allowed to have two users using the same app. This way I could easily access the same information for me and my baby or a caregiver could do this without having to log out.

As mentioned by another reviewer, you cannot renew prescriptions, therefore I have to waste my doctor's time by making an appointment to renew it. I tried the contact email on the app, received reply saying address not found. With a little time and effort on behalf of the developers the app could be good.

It's a great idea but there are of bugs to be fixed ( example: pin code has some kind of big and doesn't accept the correct pin). Also, can you translate the Vaccination Registration since most of the time the users will use abroad (out of EU)

I agree with Ana Figueiras, my mum is 90, so it would be helpful to access her health details through my app also... I also think that the information contained in my file is very limited, for example, it does not show the results or the dates of the mammograms I took, in fact, it does not even say I had any.

Crashes too many times. Now it even crashes if you try to import prescriptions out of order and more than 3. And after that the only way to make it run again is uninstall and install again
