I've been to two restaurants with this app and it is highly confusing. It takes up more manpower from the restaurant and as a customer you are not feeling certain that the order is on the way. The simplest thing as ordering water is difficult because the personal is not used to observing the customers as they are on normal restaurant.

Annoying notifications Fine, I'll allow this app to give me notifications on my order. But I don’t want notifications asking me about my experience and what not. It's annoying to constantly have to toggle notifications on during an order and then off the moment your order is ready for pick-up.

it was quite slow for getting to the add card page, so slow that we thought it just stopped working and tried again. And menu's aren't translated to English (even with Google translate) for tourists.

The problem of how to run a cafe was solved thousands of years ago. This app makes it worse and more difficult. Service is bloody awful

Unstable app. Issues with payment provider. Stored credit cards cannot be reused but also not deleted.
