Chris talks about on his show how difficult you make it to listen to his show. He's not kidding! The app is sooo incredibly slow to start up, the cast function will decide to work sometimes but just absolute frustration

it's a great app which brings the excellent Virgin Radio into my home. it even works when travelling or living abroad. Love it.

There are too many adverts, and the number of adverts is way too many A few minutes of music or vague news and then 5+ minutes of advertisements Uninstalled

I am sadly not exaggerating when I say this is the worse app I have ever downloaded. On iPhones it just asks you to enter the code sent to my email every time I open it, but then never sends code (yes have checked spam!). On Android it has started just saying an error occured loading this content. So now cannot use it at all on either device. We just want to listen to Graham Norton on catch up! 💔

I have used this app for ages, it has always worked without issue. I mainly use it on my phone to stream in my old car via a bluetooth receiver and it works very well. Happy to recommend it 👍 04/05/21 I'm still very happy with the app but I would like one feature added if possible please... as the radio is being received via digital signal, could you add a "what's playing now" screen or section. This could also link to artist info, latest releases, purchase & streaming options etc. 😀

Bring back the old app! Used to listen to you with no problems, now it constantly stops when on. When connected to my van it now doesn't show whats playing and sometimes shows what I was listening or watching previously and also just stops playing for no reason so then have to pull over to start it up again or just change to another radio station.

Hi, last version was amazing for reception. You had a delay built into it, so it was continuously 30 seconds behind, everytime signal dropped, it would carry on playing the 30 seconds of memory, in the mean time hopefully you have signal again and it would seamlessly carry on. It was amazing, and probably unnoticed by many, the new app doesn't have this, so you are losing signal all the time. when app firsts loads, click"play" no visual response, so click again, and it stops

I really enjoy this app. The low rating is for the fact that when I listen to shows on catch up and they are interrupted by anything- text alert, phone call etc- the show I'm listening to will, from that point, stop approximately every 5 minutes and need to be restarted which is very frustrating. As I tend to listen to catch up while driving it is infuriating, impractical and no use to me.
