Worst service ever. the shipper called me when I was busy so I couldn't answer the phone, after that, I tried to contact him by both calling on the phone and sending SMS but all my effort was in vain. He simply just chose to ignore and announced on the website that I had blocked him. How ridiculous that was. I called the operators and found that they were also not helpful and didn't seem to want to help me. I wanted to rate the shipper 1 star but did not know where to do that. Not recommended.

The worst ever! Shippers very rude. Often do not contact you or ship to you but still log ob system that u were unreachable or you ask to ship a different day. You would end up have to go pick up yourself at their hub. The hub is very unorganize. Take longer than 30mins to find your parcel. Avoid this shipping brand at all cost.

Worst delivery service ever, system can't track where the shipment actually is and even falsely display information about receipt/delivery status, i.e. showing that shipment delivered when in fact it was not delivered

Terrible delivery company. Been waiting 3 weeks for a domestic delivery. Customer service just blames Covid and provides no further information. I assume they are simply currently not working. Am getting stuff from China to the south of Vietnam in 10 days!!! LEX and Giao Hang Tiet Kiem seem capable of offering a good service. GHN really sucks.

Worst delivery company ever, always blame customers for its slow and poor services. Shippers always falsely update delivery status as "called for xxx seconds - customer request change of delivery time" despite there are no calls at all - whenever they fail to deliver the packages on time or just too lazy to deliver on that day :) you people should stay away from this company for your own sake
