As with any Insurance, I hope to have little interaction with the team... but so far, it has been very simple and easy. The support team has been excellent with communication and helped resolve setup items very quickly. They also came highly recommended by colleagues with a major pilot network that have had to make a claim in the past. Good to know! The interface is smooth and simple as well; providing me with the info I need and confidence to Fly! The pricing seems very fair, and the best!

Very easy to use! Allowed me to put in additional insured which some other apps don't have the option of. And when I wanted to add yet another additional insured I wrote support and actually got a human response very, very quickly. Of course the real test will be if anything happens and I need to use the insurance, however, hopefully that day will never come.

Just completed my first three flights with Skywatch drone insurance. Activating and paying for the insurance was unbelievably easy.The app is very easy to use and seem to work very good. As for filing any claims or collecting on any claims I have no idea how smooth that would go, lets hope that NEVER happens. The Drone Insurance prices I think are very reasonable,I went with $500,000 coverage for 1 hour 1/4 mile radius with my 10% discount it was $6.30 definitely peace of mind and well worth it.

I highly recommend! I've used Skywatch for liability for several months. Last week I had a battery suddenly fail mid-flight and the drone crashed - luckily the only thing damaged was drone. That afternoon, I filled out tge claim info and sent in all the required documentation and sent in comprehensive pictures, description of event and data from flight. I got an email within minutes of sending info in confirming receipt. I talked to claims guy next day and had check out to me the next. Painless!

I've been flying drones professionally for 5 years and have previously used different providers. I actually got 30% off my premiums after Skywatch analyzed my flight records! Support has been beyond responsive, attentive, polite and informative throughout the entire process and I couldn't be happier with their performance. Overall Skywatch has gone above and beyond what I expected!

Used to be good value...but now that they are switching internal providers they are doing away with the good pilot discounts. I was getting 40% but that's gone...despite being a good pilot and never needing to use their services. Not a good idea to crank up the costs during an economic time period such as the one we have. Time to shop elsewhere...

Update: ya I tried that and still no go...I did increase my rating to 3 out of 5, only on the bases of your responses in trying to help, even though it didn't... The current update has broken the app... It won't load at all... Please fix ASAP, thanks - back to 5 stars as soon as it's fixed
