I really liked the video the app made for me, but I still haven't figured out how to download onto Facebook or Instagram, and the FAQ section is of no help. Apparently the only support available is through their e-mail. As far as the credit system goes, you get 7 credits for the "basic package," and they only charge one credit per commercial they create so I don't mind it considering what it does for you. Overall I like it. Perhaps down the road they might consider a more expedient support syst

App charges you for subscription then when you build an ad it says you have to use credits, yet you aren't told it's a credit system you're on. Credits charged even if video doesn't render. They also charge a fee if you run an ad, so a lot of fees every time you do stuff. Next, the AI characters have English accents. No tutorials to help you navigate whether you are doing things right. The ads give metrics like folks are clicking on links, but I didn't receive 1 order or any leads.

I've had the app for 4 days now. The app severely slows the phone down. The videos don't play- only audio. And it's unclear how to get more credits. When I reached out to the team they said to reinstall and to reach out of more problems ensue. We'll 3rd credit for videos and again, just audio. This is a PAY 1ST then find out what you get app and I would love nothing more than a refund. If the videos would play I'd keep the app but every project I do, it's not playing properly. Just awful That you have to use an app is the first headache when all your creative is on your laptop. The app is buggy. If you need to click off the app...say to find content...it relaunches and you have too start over. Little variety in avatars available. You cannot advertise with your own videos. And it costs more money when you run an ad campaign...the Facebook charges are acceptable, but adding zeely fees on top of that are not. Nothing about their website spells out the details.

First, you pay $29.99 for a 1-month subscription, then they push you to buy a $39.99 boost. After creating an ad, they ask for even more money to promote it. It felt like every step required more payments. I wouldn’t mind if it worked, but the AI ad tool is awful a 5-year-old could make a better ad in 5 minutes on paint. After an hour of trying to create ad using thier AI tool I give up it is that bad, I tried to cancel and get refund but got no response. I had to contact my bank for help.

I signed up for the trial subscription and paid $19. It was a 7 days trial so when I was getting ready to cancel it cause the service hasn't brought me any customers so I wanted to cancel the subscription. So I couldn't find no way in the app to cancel the subscription so in the help part it said send a email. So I sent an email and received an email back saying sorry for wanting to cancel your subscription. I still got charged $79.95 and still can't cancel. I need a refund ASAP!

This company really wants your money. I bought the subscription for the services only to find out the AI couldn't make video content for my business type. It didn't tell me that before I paid! So I asked for a refund because I purchased bc that's what it advertised. After many emails and "review from the financial department" they say due to the terms and conditions they cannot give me a refund bc I needed to ask for one PRIOR TO BUYING ANYTHING. How is that even possible??

I used the app for several months. Paying for the top tier, and ads. There was no assistance from customer service in corrections. The ad postings I paid for received zero return in sales. The promotions for the app are false advertising nothing as shown. When I cancelled zeely, an auto response question came up for the reason, I answered, another auto response offer of 9.99 a month, then another for 3 free months. After canceling, I was charged $79.95 and re-enrolled falsely. Still no refund!!
