Cette application polyvalente vous permet de créer vos propres formulaires et de saisir les données que vous souhaitez capturer sur le terrain.Vos formulaires peuvent permettre la saisie de texte, de chiffres, de dates, d'heures, d'options de case à cocher, de listes déroulantes de valeurs prédéfinies, de photos et de votre position GPS actuelle. Vous pouvez également ajouter un champ ID à indexation automatique à votre formulaire. Une fois que vous avez conçu un formulaire, vous pouvez facilement le partager avec toute autre personne utilisant l'application en lui envoyant un e-mail.
Les données saisies sont stockées dans une base de données sur votre téléphone et peuvent être partagées avec d'autres personnes en les envoyant par e-mail sous forme de fichier CSV compatible avec une feuille de calcul. Vous pouvez également exporter des données vers la mémoire interne de votre téléphone et importer des données à partir d'un fichier CSV tant que les noms de colonne correspondent aux noms de champs de votre formulaire.
Pour vous aider à démarrer et montrer ce qui est possible, l'application est livrée avec des exemples de formulaires préchargés: un simple carnet de contacts, un carnet de route, un enregistreur d'échantillons de terrain et un questionnaire.

This is the uncomplicated tool I've been looking for to collect digital GIS point data in the field. Typically, I record 3 or 4 variables at each waypoint. Up until now it's been difficult to do. A GPS only records the waypoint ID and timestamp. The mapping programs from the large GIS software vendors are rediculously cumbersome. The Custom Data Recorder sits in the Goldilocks zone.

Fabulous app. Only problem I seem to have is when I enter the date and time fields at the start of the form, when I hit done and am prompted with submit the date and time fields have erased. Not sure if it is me or not. Update. Using Samsung S8. I think it was because I shifted a field up the entry list once data had already been entered. I cloned it and all seems OK. Great app, just what I needed. Thx G

I know dbms and interfaces. This app is only useful for very narrow applications and so, if you know what you're doing you could figure out a useful thing to do with it. But there are so many drawbacks I can think of only a few that wouldn't have better alternatives such as for contacts, driving log, expenses or sales. It's more of a list entry system. Google sheets would be better for most things.

Neat little database app. Two additional features (if they're not already there) would really make it sing and dance - search (in app, without exporting to spreadsheet) and a 'Lookup' field so you can link to other records and automatically pull data in.

Simple, easy to use form creator and data recorder. Great for entering and organizing nursing rounding notes! Dev is active with the community and was even able to implement a suggestion I made within a few days. Highly recommend

I just had to fund you! Had 10 dollar games on sale for 99c, but this purchase only made sense to me at the time since I play chess and chess is free by the way. Logically with me not interested in videogames, I had to focus on my thirst for data recording.

Really useful app. Allows you to manage data on many ways or forms. Very responsive developer, he actually implemented a request within a day. Highly recommend this app. Nice work!
