Update..... I emailed the developer. I got a response almost immediately. They cancelled the "subscription" and refunded the extra charge. The extra charges shouldn't have happened. But, they dealt with it in a timely, professional manner. So, overall, decent app, good CS. . Beware! The single month option does not work! You will be charged monthly until you cancel your subscription through Google Play.

The one time only subscription does not work. Once you sign up you will be charged repeatedly every month unless you go into your google play store account and cancel the subscription. I contacted customer support and they said they were unable to do refunds. Inappropriate that a customer keeps getting billed erroneously at no fault of the user. This happened to me both times that I used it.

This app, as well as the website are extremely outdated. Pulling up the website on a desktop computer doesn't work, and none of camera load. Pulling up the website on a phone forces you to download this app. After paying a subscription, I was treated to a video with an abysmally slow framerate, and it might as well have been a slide show.

We used to get the video feed from our daycare for free on their website. They've now outsourced the feed to this app where we have to pay an extra annual subscription for substantially lower quality feed. We have tried on multiple different devices and on all of them it only shows what looks like 1 frame per second. Shame on these owners trying to milk every last penny they can out of pet owners.

The app erroneously indicated I had not paid and required a 2nd payment for me to login. But, I was billed both times! Additionally, less than 24 hours after I paid (twice) I requested a refund of the double charge and asked if I could get refunded for the year subscription I purchased less than 24 hours prior because my dog was kicked out of the doggie daycare 🙄. One week later after no response I followed up but was notified the contact email provided by rhe developer no longer exists.

This app is terrible. Loading a camera requires a password, then it shows about 4 frames before freezing. To see it again, you need to back out and enter your password again. It doesnt matter if im on wifi or 4G, and I can watch HD streaming video, so it's not my connection. The browser version uses Flash, and it doesn't even load the camera. Don't waste your money on a subscription, you won't be able to see your dog either way.

I cannot get this app to do anything. It shows me the provider details for our doggie daycare provider, but no option to follow or view cameras. I've looked in settings, I've closed and reopened the app, dozens of times, I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times - nothing works.

Used the app for the first day my dog was at daycare and it was awesome. Even that night I was able to show my husband the cameras and how cool it was. The next day I dropped my dog off at daycare and went to see how she was doing got nothing but a black screen. Tried again throughout the day and the next day and only saw a black screen. uninstalled and reinstalled the app, went through the troubleshooting on the page, turn wifi on and off nothing but the black screen. completely disappointing.
