I enrolled through a broker, paid for the insurance, tried to install the device. Have been unable to connect. Spent a lot of time on hold waiting for assistance. Tried reinstalling the device. unacceptable service.

The app works fine and is useful. I like how I can see kilometers driven and remaining on the top of the app screen. Just like recommended by other reviewers, I waited until tracking device registered itself and I got access to dashboard. Installed app after that and had no problems with it whatsoever.

App doesn't always work. When issues occur as they are today, as I'm unable to view my account through the app or website, there is no indication of system issues and the app cycles through the login process without an error message, very frustrating and confusing.

The app worked fine right out of the box. Installed app and had no problems at all. I can see kms driven and remaining on the app screen. I've reduced my premiums by 50%. Definitely recommend to infrequent drivers.

Like all other reviewers, I was frustrated too but only till such time as my telematics device was not registered under my web portal account. Once that was done — which in my case took almost four weeks — it has worked flawlessly thereafter. My advice to all those who have yet to install this app, please WAIT till your device shows as registered on your web portal and then install this app. You’ll be surprised how well it works. In fairness to the developers, it deserves a 5-star. Thank you for creating this nice app.

Have had nothing but trouble trying to get this app on my computer...have it on my phone but can't access it to find out how many Kms. I have used. Really getting angry that I keep getting letters telling me how many I've used, when I can't access it to check. Tried everything on my computer regarding cookie access and that didn't work either. Telephoning doesn't help either....going to CAA Insurance store next to see if they can get it up and running

The login screen stuck most of the time. The name of this App is misleading as the Mypace main page is tucked in at least 3-4 layers inside the app... very bulky App, should develop a App just for CAA Mypace and other telemetry program.

does not show my car position. It does show a car position from September,not the real one. Beginning October 26 can not open anymore. Since October 27,does not work at all. I can't open it. Please fix it.
