The app needs some improvements. There are times where the app won't let you mark an exercise completed for tracking. Other times it does. The most major issue is that the app does not keep your screen active. It will time out and lock the screen. The best improvement would be to have the trainer video formatted as a workout together. Right now, it is a video to watch then you do the exercise. Having a workout together format will keep the screen active & will allow us to complete the exercise.

It's a great app, but it requires internet access to function at all. Can be absolutely infuriating...and it's a (poor, imho) design choice.

The application is pretty helpful but the exercise timer is too basic and pretty much useless. The timer to be useful should support the exercise being done. You could have count down timers that beep, reset with a small delay and repeat for the number sets or reputations to be done.

Way cool to communicate with your chiropractor and for them to include all the exercises and make everything accessible. Also they respond to messages, etc. Easy app. Easy access to your dr.

I find the app very easy to use. Love that they have actual videos to follow. I just wish that you could repeat the exercise while watching the videos. For some reason you can just watch the videos once until the next day. The app won't let you reopen the videos on the same day after completing the stretches The first time... Other than that I give it five stars! I love that I can send my doctor a message and she replies promptly with an answer.

App is fine, sometimes doesn't log work but otherwise fine. However the annoying pop ups behind for reviews are frustrating and lower the score. Dear devs -stop begging. Edit-won't stop asking for reviews, so the score keeps dropping. How annoying! Edit 2- still begging for reviews, still doesn't mark exercises complete. Really just a timer with workout videos at this point. Went from 3 stars to 1.

Great to be able to view exercises/appt info & schedule appts thru the app. Very annoying that when you've been automatically logged out, the app makes you clear the notification FIVE times before you can access the log in screen. Also, would like the ability to add myself to the waitlist (I have to text my doc right now), and also to be able to see additional appt availability when you have an appt scheduled.
