The app is always hanging.. whenever I on the app it's stuck on the page.. end up I have to go through the website to buy the data as I ald have the sim card so I jus have to use back the same sim and buy data for the next trip.. if the app is working well everything is perfect.. so far had used the sim card for Malaysia Beijing so far so good. Pls do something to ur app which is not working very well.

SIM card spoil when I start using it. I am at the beginning of traveling. The roaming fee is killing me. Contacted customer support, not helpful at all.

The cellular data service worked, but, the prices are expensive. Even though it will show you a very low "price per day", you would need to buy a package for at least a month to get that rate. Regular tourist packages are 10 times that amount. Very misleading, and not worth it when services like Airalo exist.

When I was in Beijing, and around it was good. When I moved south to Fouzhou, Putian, Meizhou and Chaozhou it did not work at all. My phone could receive LTE, carrier was China Telecoms and APN was cmhk. But it refuses to connect to internet. Pls advise as I am wondering if the China/HK combo was the right choice. I will be going to Jinan, Taiyuan, Shanxi in October. Please advise.

Airsim is a good concept but the current sim card/network is unstable. In my recent trip, my husband and I each use a Airsim card on our phones (same model, same network and APN settings). Mine is working fine while my husband's kept disconnecting for no apparent reason. Despite various trouble shoots and restarting of phones, we cant locate the reason for the disconnection.

This app does not work at all. I bought it a few days ago via my ferry ticket but the app froze at the first screen. Same issue with my wife's phone Samsung S22+ and 2 other iPhones in my family. Contacted customer service but no resolution despite working with them all night. Gave up. Hopefully I can file a refund. Saw someone commented with similar experience. Terrible. Do not waste time on them.

Great for frequent travellers. Yes the prices per day may be higher than a local SIM (China is especially expensive), but you get great flexibility, no firewall, always on connectivity via unlimited data (may be speed restricted after a limit) and only need to carry one SIM card! No queues or strangers taking photos of your passport at airports. Plus you get free voice calls and can even divert your phone number for incoming call if you have a Hong Kong number! Top job!

Used for the first time in Indonesia. The speeds were horrendous even though it is supposed to be 4G. My friend's line was on roaming as well and was loading pages much better than mine. Better off just buying sim cards at location.
