The app barely works, seems every time I log in something isn't working. I wanted to view the bill because for 2 months the physical copy hasn't arrived in the mail and now the bill is 2 months behind. I didn't go paperless so it makes no sense... The biometric isn't working, I enabled it through the app and it keeps telling me I need to enable it!

Good enough. It's a bit weird that a button on the bottom of the screen flips from "Pay my bill" to "View my bill" a moment after the app launched from the login screen. Plus, paying your bill is in the "My account" tab, but it feels more intuitive to first check out the "bills and payments" tab. All in all, it functions well.

Trash. Everytime I log in it's "we apologize some functionality is temporarily unavailable." Meanwhile I can't pay my bill online or through the app either for the same reasons. But oh, the one time payment works because of the convenience fee. Not UI inconveniencing their customers so that they're forced to pay a convenience fee. Do BETTER.

Honestly I never really review apps but this one is great. I ALWAYS had some sort of issue trying to pay on the website. I dont know why but it never went smoothly. This app takes that headache away and makes everything so streamlined and simple my bill is paid in two seconds. Thanks UI for doing this!

App doesn't seem to work for me. I can log in, but everytime I try to pay bill it says "oops something went wrong, try again later" I tried clearing cache and deleted all data and logged back in. Still same issue. I'm on s24 ultra.

The app works well. Only issue I have is that you have to tap the pay section to change the amount you would like to pay. I understand why they do this but for those of us with tight money, it is more likely to result in non-payment.

Quick and reliable
