I reported an issue with the app crashing on Android 14 / Pixel 8. Support team was very responsive and released a new version of the app within a week...great service! Thank you!

Been using it fine for over a year, updated to the latest version of Android application just crashes try uninstall/ reinstall does the same. Works fine on an hold phone with older android.

I've had the tracker up and running for a week now and I'm super impressed with this product and supporting software so far. Delivery was very prompt and even fitted through the letter box as I was out at the time which makes this even more appealing. I fitted the tracker to my Kia Ceed and even for someone like me who's far from a mechanic could even fit this in less than 10 minutes using the provided instructions which was very clear and precise.

Good app when it doesn't freeze completely.... now unresponsive all together....tho I feel compelled to add i would give their customer service dept 5 stars ... they email me back very quickly and my issue with the app is being looked into.

A well designed app that works well with the hardware. I always check my driver feedback and the trips. And the battery level indicator is very handy also. Recommendable.

Either the tracking on the vehicle doesn't work or this app won't open. What a waste of time and a lot of money. Can't depend on this tracker.

App doesnt work lol, Cant log in & there is no forgot password tab so the app is pretty useless which is not ideal when you have paid for the tracker then paid for a top up

It's been working fine for the past year I updated it and it just keeps crashing and I'm a payed up member not getting what I paid for
