1.App is not good as I keep on getting undue calls for theft even car is in front of my eye. Backhand team could not solve it yet. 2. Customer care is not responsive as needs lots of follow up. 3. Only one no. Can be configured for notifications which is a big drawback. 4.Should be integrated with Android Auto for quick access on car display. Long way to go.

Most of the time vehicle GPS is unreachable and not a single notification received anything happening to car. I earlier raised a complaint about this. that time, few days later, it's starts working automatically and all the notifications receiving. but now same thing happens. and you people removed the pumaguard application from play store too. my vehicle is out of noida. please tell me how to fix it. since most of the time vehicle GPS is unreachable.

Good app got it installed in my new AURA CNG. Level of accuracy in terms of location of the vehicle is outstanding, anti theft alert is awesome, generally I forget to shut it down (Anti theft feature) before starting my car and as soon as I switch on the ignition, in 2 seconds i get informed by the means of tele calling and I have to shut the anti theft option off and then proceed. Overall nice app and nice device.

Horrible. They changed sparately for SMS but service in not working. Saveral request is sent in last 8 months but no use. All facilities are not working. In Puma app (old) everything was fine. No body responds for complent now. The service gon down the drain.

I faced so many issues with the app. From few days anti car theft option stop working. While contacting the dealer they said that the response team will connect to you tomor6 morning. That means my vehicle which used to park outside is without anti theft feature. I suggest others to comment on these if someone are facing the same issue from couple of days

They changed from Pumagaurd to Togo, no one from their customer support or management even concerned to convey their customer which is pathetic!! I came to know about the Togo from Google search engine and it showed me Togo Gaurd under same master company called Blackbox. All alerts notifications stopped on PUMAGAURD APP, so I searched Togo and installed the App and nothing works. No alerts, no notifications. I am soon going to check for a more reliable and sincere company. Not recommended!!

Very bad experience with togo device and customer care. Services have not been working since 1 day. To activate services, I have to inform customer care. After purchasing the sms, it's not working, aleart is also not working. Senior reply is meaning less and funny. No reply on email. Not recommend to purchase. They don't have a refund policy even if Services is not working.
